(Graphique : Campana &amp; Schott)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\"Il existe des facteurs de r\u00e9ussite clairs pour la transformation agile : une prise de conscience du changement \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle de l'entreprise, un comportement responsabilisant des cadres et un engagement organisationnel des collaborateurs\", explique Anna Adler, Director Corporate Development chez Campana &amp; Schott.<\/p>\n<h2>Facteur de r\u00e9ussite : sensibilisation \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle de l'entreprise<\/h2>\n<p>Alors que de nombreuses entreprises de l'espace germanophone travaillent d\u00e9j\u00e0 avec des m\u00e9thodes agiles comme Scrum et Kanban (doing agile), l'agilit\u00e9 n'est pas encore ancr\u00e9e dans la t\u00eate des collaborateurs (being agile). Il manque une prise de conscience \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle de l'entreprise. Selon l'\u00e9tude, les structures et les approches agiles sont principalement introduites dans certains d\u00e9partements. Une feuille de route \u00e0 long terme fait d\u00e9faut ou n'existe qu'\u00e0 l'\u00e9tat d'\u00e9bauche. Les attentes \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re d'agilit\u00e9 ne peuvent donc souvent pas \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les grands d\u00e9cideurs, une pr\u00e9sentation ouverte de qui travaille sur quoi et pourquoi augmente la motivation des collaborateurs et permet une meilleure priorisation des t\u00e2ches. Cela augmente la vitesse et l'efficacit\u00e9 de la prise de d\u00e9cision et de la mise en \u0153uvre. Il faut toutefois tenir compte du fait qu'une partie des personnes interrog\u00e9es voient dans cette transparence accrue le risque d'un contr\u00f4le non souhait\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Facteur de r\u00e9ussite : comportement empowerment des dirigeants<\/h2>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les cadres ont un r\u00f4le de mod\u00e8le particulier \u00e0 jouer dans le cadre de la transformation agile. En effet, dans de nombreuses entreprises agiles, les cadres dirigeants c\u00e8dent d\u00e9j\u00e0 des responsabilit\u00e9s et cr\u00e9ent des espaces de libert\u00e9. Ils se concentrent sur la collaboration globale, la communication et la prise de d\u00e9cision sur un pied d'\u00e9galit\u00e9, ind\u00e9pendamment de leur position dans l'entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s des deux tiers des participants sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 prendre des initiatives (65,7 %), re\u00e7oivent des pouvoirs (64,6 %) et une vision positive de l'avenir (60,9 %) et peuvent organiser leur travail de mani\u00e8re autonome (60,2 %).<\/p>\n<h2>Facteur de r\u00e9ussite : l'engagement organisationnel des collaborateurs<\/h2>\n<p>Les collaborateurs sont conscients que les m\u00e9thodes de travail agiles n\u00e9cessitent de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences. Ainsi, 81,2 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es se sentent pr\u00eates pour leurs t\u00e2ches actuelles. En m\u00eame temps, 75,4 % consid\u00e8rent qu'il est essentiel de continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences. Le travail d'\u00e9quipe est \u00e9galement important pour l'agilit\u00e9. Un tiers des personnes interrog\u00e9es sont convaincues d'avoir ainsi plus de succ\u00e8s (30,5 %). Ils mettent surtout l'accent sur la concertation n\u00e9cessaire (48,5 %) et la discussion en groupe (30,4 %).
