Selon la derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition, les sp\u00e9cialistes des domaines de la construction de machines et d'installations, de la production et de l'informatique\/t\u00e9l\u00e9communication \u00e9taient particuli\u00e8rement recherch\u00e9s pendant la p\u00e9riode \u00e9tudi\u00e9e (2018). En Suisse al\u00e9manique, les emplois dans ces domaines repr\u00e9sentaient plus d'un quart de toutes les offres publi\u00e9es, et m\u00eame un tiers en Suisse romande. En outre, le personnel de l'administration\/de la r\u00e9daction\/du conseil y \u00e9tait \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s demand\u00e9. L'offre de postes \u00e0 temps partiel et de postes \u00e0 dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e est importante.<\/p>\n<h2>La p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e se fait sentir chez les ing\u00e9nieurs et dans les professions de soins<\/h2>\n<p>Cependant, toutes les professions souvent publi\u00e9es ne sont pas recherch\u00e9es par les demandeurs d'emploi. Ainsi, en Suisse al\u00e9manique, les emplois dans les m\u00e9tiers de la construction et de l'ing\u00e9nierie ainsi que dans les m\u00e9tiers des soins re\u00e7oivent proportionnellement le moins d'attention. Les emplois dans les domaines de la surveillance, de la police, des douanes et du sauvetage sont proportionnellement les plus demand\u00e9s, c'est-\u00e0-dire que la part de clics sur le domaine professionnel d\u00e9passe massivement la part d'annonces.<\/p>\n<p>En Suisse romande, la p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9 dans les professions de soins n'est pas aussi marqu\u00e9e. Les m\u00e9tiers de l'\u00e9ducation et du social y sont tr\u00e8s demand\u00e9s et ne repr\u00e9sentent certes qu'une petite partie de l'offre d'annonces, mais : \"les postes propos\u00e9s suscitent un int\u00e9r\u00eat tr\u00e8s vif et sont relativement souvent cliqu\u00e9s. Ces professions sont \u00e9galement attrayantes, car elles sont souvent propos\u00e9es \u00e0 temps partiel\", explique Davide Villa, CEO de JobCloud.<\/p>\n<h2>Toujours plus de personnel temporaire recherch\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>La flexibilit\u00e9 est de plus en plus demand\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 du travail national. Ainsi, les postes \u00e0 dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e gagnent en importance. En Suisse al\u00e9manique, 15% des annonces ont tout de m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9es sous forme de postes temporaires. En Suisse romande, les recruteurs misent encore plus sur les contrats de travail \u00e0 dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e : Ici, ceux-ci repr\u00e9sentent plus de 20 pour cent. Mais dans les deux r\u00e9gions, l'int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les postes fixes est plus fort que pour les contrats \u00e0 dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e. En Suisse romande, cette proportion est significativement plus faible, avec seulement 9% - mais les postes \u00e0 temps partiel y sont aussi moins demand\u00e9s. Fait int\u00e9ressant : de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, l'offre et la demande de postes \u00e0 temps partiel se recoupent tr\u00e8s bien dans toute la Suisse. \"La diffusion du travail \u00e0 temps partiel a \u00e9t\u00e9 historiquement pouss\u00e9e par la tertiarisation croissante de l'\u00e9conomie et la pr\u00e9sence accrue des femmes sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Les femmes travaillent depuis longtemps \u00e0 temps partiel dans une large mesure. Aujourd'hui, la demande suppl\u00e9mentaire provient davantage des hommes.
