Le Michael Page Swiss Job Index mesure le nombre de postes vacants publi\u00e9s sur les sites web des entreprises dans toute la Suisse et pr\u00e9sente chaque mois les principales tendances. Le constat en ce d\u00e9but d'ann\u00e9e : la demande de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e est toujours en plein boom en 2020. Dans de nombreux secteurs, il y a une p\u00e9nurie importante de candidats qualifi\u00e9s. Les employeurs investissent des moyens consid\u00e9rables pour attirer et conserver des professionnels bien form\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Six raisons d'\u00eatre optimiste sur le march\u00e9 du travail suisse en 2020<\/h2>\n

  1. Le nombre de postes publi\u00e9s a augment\u00e9 de +8,4 % en comparaison annuelle (d\u00e9cembre 2018 - d\u00e9cembre 2019) : selon le Michael Page Swiss Job Index (d\u00e9cembre 2019), de nombreuses professions affichent des taux de croissance \u00e0 deux chiffres et se situent au-dessus de la moyenne nationale. Par exemple, la croissance annuelle des offres d'emploi en informatique a atteint +16,0 %.<\/li>\n
  2. Pour de nombreux postes de sp\u00e9cialistes, la demande d\u00e9passe l'offre : il s'agit notamment de gestionnaires informatiques, de gestionnaires d'installations et d'informations sur les b\u00e2timents, ainsi que de sp\u00e9cialistes de la planification et de la logistique. La demande robuste de sp\u00e9cialistes en informatique est stimul\u00e9e par les programmes de transformation num\u00e9rique en cours dans les organisations de tous les secteurs - mais plus particuli\u00e8rement dans le domaine des services financiers. La demande de sp\u00e9cialistes de la logistique et de la planification est due \u00e0 la croissance significative du commerce en ligne pendant la p\u00e9riode de No\u00ebl. La croissance des postes publi\u00e9s pour les sp\u00e9cialistes de l'immobilier est li\u00e9e \u00e0 la demande tant pour les nouvelles constructions que pour les projets de transformation.<\/li>\n
  3. Selon l'indice de confiance PageGroup (T4 2019), 50,0 % des candidats sont confiants dans leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver un emploi dans les trois mois. En outre, trois quarts des candidats sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 effectuer un travail temporaire ou int\u00e9rimaire. Leur principale motivation \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard est la possibilit\u00e9 de transformer de tels postes en emplois \u00e0 temps plein ou d'acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences afin d'am\u00e9liorer leurs chances de trouver un emploi fixe ailleurs.<\/li>\n
  4. Les attentes salariales ont augment\u00e9 : Selon l'indice de confiance PageGroup Q4 2019, deux tiers des candidats s'attendent \u00e0 une augmentation de salaire de 5 % ou plus, 81,9 % d\u00e9clarant que c'est important dans le choix de l'employeur. Mais l'argent n'est pas tout - trois facteurs cl\u00e9s ont plus de poids qu'une augmentation de salaire : de bonnes relations de travail avec les sup\u00e9rieurs et les coll\u00e8gues (97,2 %), le fait de travailler pour une organisation qui prend sa responsabilit\u00e9 sociale au s\u00e9rieux (85,9 %) et l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des possibilit\u00e9s de formation continue (85,6 %).<\/li>\n
  5. Les entreprises investissent dans les emplois dans la vente : plus les investissements dans le domaine de la vente sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s, plus les dirigeants d'entreprise ont confiance dans une augmentation de la demande et des revenus. Les postes mis au concours dans la vente ont augment\u00e9 de +8,5 % dans toute la Suisse par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente - surtout dans des domaines sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s comme la pharmacie, la technique m\u00e9dicale et l'informatique.<\/li>\n
  6. Le besoin de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences augmente : ainsi, en 2019, des postes n\u00e9cessitant des comp\u00e9tences dans le domaine de l'intelligence artificielle sont apparus pour la premi\u00e8re fois dans le Michael Page Swiss Job Index. L'\u00e9cart entre l'offre et la demande de candidats qualifi\u00e9s est si grand que les entreprises publient des offres d'emploi pour des stagiaires en IA dans l'espoir de s'assurer de tels talents \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9coce.
    \nL'\"effet Greta\" se fait \u00e9galement sentir : Le nombre d'offres d'emploi dans le domaine de l'\u00e9cologie, par exemple pour les scientifiques de l'environnement, a consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9 au cours des 12 derniers mois - depuis l'apparition de Greta Thunberg sur la sc\u00e8ne internationale.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Les candidats stimulent le march\u00e9<\/h2>\n
