(Image : zVg)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Le sujet est br\u00fblant, comme l'a montr\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sence de nombreux int\u00e9ress\u00e9s : la grande salle de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kurszentrum.ch\">Centre de cours d'Aarau<\/a> \u00e9tait rempli jusqu'\u00e0 la derni\u00e8re place.  Comment les entreprises doivent-elles r\u00e9agir \u00e0 un environnement qui \u00e9volue rapidement ? Comment une entreprise s'organise-t-elle de mani\u00e8re optimale pour suivre le rythme du changement et survivre face \u00e0 la concurrence ? Une nouvelle forme d'organisation signifie \u00e9galement que les chefs doivent repenser leur mission de direction et les collaborateurs leur r\u00f4le, afin de donner vie \u00e0 de nouvelles formes de collaboration. \"Organisation agile\" - telle est la r\u00e9ponse la plus souvent entendue actuellement. En d'autres termes : Un maximum d'auto-organisation et de responsabilit\u00e9 personnelle, plut\u00f4t que d'agir sur ordre. Loin de la hi\u00e9rarchie stricte et de l'esprit de silo, place aux d\u00e9cisions et aux actions entrepreneuriales \u00e0 tous les niveaux.<\/p>\n<h2>\"Adieu chef\" dans la pratique<\/h2>\n<p>Anne Bickel, de l'organisation de d\u00e9veloppement Swisscontact, encadre et suit ce processus depuis un peu plus d'un an dans son institution. Elle sait \u00e0 quel point un tel changement est exigeant, car il place notamment les cadres dans une situation nouvelle, qui s'accompagne rapidement du sentiment que les mod\u00e8les de routine ne fonctionnent plus dans une organisation agile. Mais les collaborateurs subordonn\u00e9s se sentent aussi souvent d\u00e9s\u00e9curis\u00e9s lorsqu'ils doivent d\u00e9sormais prendre des d\u00e9cisions de mani\u00e8re autonome : \"Ai-je le droit de faire cela sans demander l'avis de mon sup\u00e9rieur ?\" Cela demande du courage et la volont\u00e9 d'assumer des responsabilit\u00e9s. De tels processus de changement ne peuvent pas \u00eatre mis en \u0153uvre du jour au lendemain, a montr\u00e9 Anne Bickel de mani\u00e8re impressionnante dans son rapport d'exp\u00e9rience. Ce n'est qu'avec une grande ouverture de tous les participants \u00e0 cette r\u00e9organisation que le changement peut r\u00e9ussir. Les attentes concernant la mani\u00e8re dont ces t\u00e2ches doivent \u00eatre accomplies occupent une place importante dans de nombreux entretiens. Chez Swisscontact, on a cr\u00e9\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialement pour cela la fonction de coachs de r\u00f4le dans chaque unit\u00e9 d'organisation.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les collaborateurs ont besoin de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En tant que coach, Hartmut Kretschmer accompagne les entreprises dans de telles transformations - et porte un regard autocritique sur son propre groupe professionnel. En th\u00e9orie, de nombreux coachs peuvent pr\u00e9senter les nouvelles formes d'organisation de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s s\u00e9duisante. Mais dans la pratique, l'accompagnement des collaborateurs est bien plus exigeant. Outre la responsabilit\u00e9 des r\u00f4les, il faut surtout clarifier les questions de compr\u00e9hension de l'\u00e9quipe et de communication. Il est particuli\u00e8rement important de r\u00e9pondre au besoin d'identit\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<h2>La strat\u00e9gie agile n'est pas une d\u00e9mocratie de base<\/h2>\n<p>Chaque entreprise doit-elle maintenant adapter son organisation \u00e0 l'\"agilit\u00e9\" ? - Bickel reconna\u00eet dans la collaboration bas\u00e9e sur les r\u00f4les une grande augmentation de la valeur - tant en ce qui concerne l'efficacit\u00e9 que la gestion du personnel. Kretschmer est en outre convaincu que les entreprises qui n'int\u00e8grent pas les principes des nouvelles formes de gestion seront d\u00e9pass\u00e9es par la gauche. N\u00e9anmoins, tous deux voient aussi des limites : Une structure organisationnelle bas\u00e9e sur les r\u00f4les avec peu ou pas de hi\u00e9rarchie ne peut pas \u00eatre mise en \u0153uvre partout de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. Et elle ne s'applique pas \u00e0 toutes les tailles d'entreprises. Il semble recommand\u00e9 de mettre en place des formes agiles dans les petites entreprises et dans les grandes entreprises dans des domaines organisationnels sp\u00e9cifiques. Et : une strat\u00e9gie agile n'est pas une approche d\u00e9mocratique de base.
