Ou si son entreprise est attaqu\u00e9e sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux ? Les cadres sont souvent confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des questions difficiles. S'ils ne savent plus quoi faire, ils peuvent d\u00e9sormais s'adresser \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re F\u00fchrungs-Hotline\u00ae de Suisse : En appelant le 071 523 88 88, ils obtiennent des conseils sur divers sujets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Petites entreprises - grands probl\u00e8mes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La F\u00fchrungs-Hotline\u00ae a \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement lanc\u00e9e le 7 juillet 2016 lors d'un \"\u00e9v\u00e9nement de lancement\". Depuis cette date, ce service est disponible - surtout pour les PME. En effet, pour celles-ci, les conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales changeantes - politiques, \u00e9conomiques, sociales, technologiques, r\u00e9glementaires ou \u00e9cologiques - ont un impact direct, comme l'a expliqu\u00e9 le Dr Urs Frey de l'Institut PME de la HSG dans un expos\u00e9 invit\u00e9. Les PME, et surtout la \"grande masse\" des micro-entreprises de moins de 10 collaborateurs, n'auraient que tr\u00e8s rarement les ressources suffisantes pour r\u00e9soudre elles-m\u00eames les probl\u00e8mes aigus - avec les cons\u00e9quences que cela implique, qui peuvent finalement se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler dramatiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Besoin d\u00e9montr\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La F\u00fchrungs-Hotline\u00ae a \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9e et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par Guido Kriech et Bettina Osterwalder, conseillers en entreprise de Suisse orientale. Tous deux ont rencontr\u00e9 dans leur travail des situations o\u00f9 il s'agissait en fin de compte de plus que du d\u00e9veloppement de strat\u00e9gies d'entreprise, \u00e0 savoir de probl\u00e8mes de direction plus profonds. Nous avons constat\u00e9 dans notre travail qu'il existe un besoin d'intervention rapide en cas de probl\u00e8mes de direction aigus\", explique Guido Kriech, \"les erreurs de direction ont des cons\u00e9quences insoup\u00e7onn\u00e9es - en termes de sant\u00e9 et de gestion d'entreprise. Et les concepts de pr\u00e9vention correspondants font d\u00e9faut. Nous voulons combler cette lacune avec la F\u00fchrungs-Hotline\u00ae\". Guido Kriech, \"KMU-Beratung-Kriech\" \u00e0 Saint-Gall, et Bettina Osterwalder, \"BO-Consulting\" \u00e0 Wil, g\u00e8rent la hotline sur le plan administratif et personnel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Collaboration avec des partenaires sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Afin de couvrir toute la gamme des questions possibles, la F\u00fchrungs-Hotline\u00ae collabore avec diff\u00e9rents partenaires sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s. La hotline sert de premier point de contact en cas de probl\u00e8me. Si les collaborateurs de la hotline ne peuvent pas r\u00e9soudre directement le probl\u00e8me eux-m\u00eames, ils mettent en relation l'appelant avec des sp\u00e9cialistes qui l'aideront : En cas de risque de suicide, par exemple, des sp\u00e9cialistes m\u00e9dicaux sont mis en contact, en cas de risque de manque de liquidit\u00e9s, un conseiller financier est l\u00e0 pour aider, en cas d'attaque des m\u00e9dias sociaux, un professionnel de la communication. Le num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone r\u00e9pond \u00e9galement \u00e0 des questions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales sur la direction, le droit du travail, les contrats et le marketing. En bref, la F\u00fchrungs-Hotline\u00ae est le bon num\u00e9ro pour toutes les questions qui pr\u00e9occupent les dirigeants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disponible en abonnement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les d'abonnement sont pr\u00e9vus pour les clients, dans lesquels un certain nombre d'appels sont inclus pour un montant fixe.
