Et les m\u00e9thodes de construction visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l'a\u00e9rodynamisme des camions respectueux du climat peuvent \u00e9galement avoir un impact sur la longueur des v\u00e9hicules. Le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'augmenter le poids maximal autoris\u00e9 des poids lourds et des combinaisons de v\u00e9hicules sans \u00e9missions du poids suppl\u00e9mentaire de la technologie sans \u00e9missions (mais au maximum de deux tonnes). Pour les motorisations alternatives telles que le gaz naturel ou le gaz liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9, la compensation du poids suppl\u00e9mentaire peut aller jusqu'\u00e0 une tonne. En outre, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral veut autoriser des longueurs plus importantes pour les v\u00e9hicules lourds de transport de marchandises \u00e9quip\u00e9s de cabines de conduite optimis\u00e9es sur le plan a\u00e9rodynamique. Les v\u00e9hicules utilitaires lourds peuvent d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9s de d\u00e9flecteurs arri\u00e8re r\u00e9tractables qui, lorsqu'ils sont d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s, d\u00e9passent \u00e0 l'arri\u00e8re la longueur maximale normalement autoris\u00e9e pour le v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n<p>En adaptant ces dispositions relatives au poids et aux longueurs des camions \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions, la Berne f\u00e9d\u00e9rale veut faciliter le passage \u00e0 des v\u00e9hicules plus respectueux du climat - et encourager la diffusion de ces technologies. Elles entreront en vigueur le 1er avril 2022.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 accrue pour les utilisateurs de v\u00e9los \u00e9lectriques<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Afin de mieux reconna\u00eetre les cyclistes \u00e9lectriques dans le trafic, ils devront d\u00e9sormais rouler de jour avec les phares allum\u00e9s. En outre, tous les v\u00e9los \u00e9lectriques rapides avec une assistance au p\u00e9dalage jusqu'\u00e0 45 km\/h devront \u00e0 l'avenir \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9s d'un indicateur de vitesse, afin de respecter les vitesses maximales, notamment dans les zones limit\u00e9es \u00e0 20 et 30 km\/h. Les v\u00e9los \u00e9lectriques doivent \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9s d'un syst\u00e8me de freinage automatique.<\/p>\n<p>Ces r\u00e8gles entreront en vigueur de mani\u00e8re \u00e9chelonn\u00e9e : le 1er avril 2022 pour l'obligation de rouler avec les phares allum\u00e9s, le 1er avril 2024 pour l'obligation de s'\u00e9quiper d'un indicateur de vitesse. Les v\u00e9hicules d\u00e9j\u00e0 en circulation devront \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9s d'ici le 1er avril 2027.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : Bund<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Avec les adaptations qui viennent d'\u00eatre d\u00e9cid\u00e9es, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral met en \u0153uvre la motion Bourgeois (18.3420 \"Compensation du poids des batteries \u00e9lectriques pour les voitures de livraison de la cat\u00e9gorie des 3,5 tonnes\"). Les voitures automobiles d'un poids total sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 3500 kg, mais ne d\u00e9passant pas 4250 kg, et ne comptant pas plus de neuf places assises, qui d\u00e9passent le poids total autoris\u00e9 de 3500 kg pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 moteur l\u00e9gers uniquement en raison de la propulsion sans \u00e9missions (batterie ou hydrog\u00e8ne), doivent pouvoir \u00eatre conduites en Suisse avec un permis de conduire de la cat\u00e9gorie B ou BE (utilisation d'une remorque). Les v\u00e9hicules concern\u00e9s par cette r\u00e9glementation sont par exemple les camionnettes ou les camions, les caravanes motoris\u00e9es lourdes ou les v\u00e9hicules lourds avec un espace utilitaire (p. ex. v\u00e9hicules de vente, \"food trucks\"). Ces v\u00e9hicules sont en outre exempt\u00e9s de l'interdiction de circuler le dimanche et la nuit.
