Les principales modifications apport\u00e9es \u00e0 la nouvelle \"Ordonnance sur la pr\u00e9vention et l'\u00e9limination des d\u00e9chets\" (OPAE), en abr\u00e9g\u00e9 \"Ordonnance sur les d\u00e9chets\", sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n<p>Elle contient d\u00e9sormais des dispositions relatives \u00e0 la valorisation des d\u00e9chets biog\u00e8nes, comme les denr\u00e9es alimentaires ou les d\u00e9chets de bois.<br \/>\nLes exigences relatives aux d\u00e9charges ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat de la technique. La mani\u00e8re dont le suivi apr\u00e8s la fin de l'exploitation de la d\u00e9charge doit \u00eatre assur\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 clarifi\u00e9e.<br \/>\nLa r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration du phosphore contenu dans les boues d'\u00e9puration, les farines animales et les farines d'os devient obligatoire. Une p\u00e9riode de transition de dix ans s'applique.<br \/>\nL'ordonnance pr\u00e9cise d\u00e9sormais comment les d\u00e9chets peuvent \u00eatre valoris\u00e9s dans les cimenteries.<br \/>\nLes rapports, l'obligation d'informer et la formation font l'objet d'une nouvelle r\u00e9glementation.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd'hui, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a fix\u00e9 l'entr\u00e9e en vigueur de l'OREA au 1er janvier 2016.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un impact positif sur l'\u00e9conomie nationale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'ordonnance technique sur les d\u00e9chets date de 1990, mais beaucoup de choses ont chang\u00e9 entre-temps. Dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir, la gestion des d\u00e9chets doit \u00e9voluer vers une gestion des ressources. L'objectif principal de la r\u00e9vision de l'ordonnance est de pr\u00e9server les ressources. Cela permet d'obtenir des effets positifs sur l'\u00e9conomie nationale.
