Le groupement de prestataires SGS Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de Surveillance SA et Zimraum Raum+Gesellschaft a remport\u00e9 le march\u00e9. La communaut\u00e9 de travail pr\u00e9sentera le LNBS le 16 janvier 2016 \u00e0 l'occasion de la manifestation sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e \"LNBS\". <a href=\"http:\/\/www.swissbau.ch\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"\/\/www.swissbau.ch\" rel=\"noopener\">Swissbau<\/a> \u00e0 B\u00e2le, en Suisse. Nous saurons alors quand le label sera officiellement lanc\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le label s'inscrit dans la strat\u00e9gie du Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement durable et se base sur le standard Construction durable Suisse introduit en 2013 (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nnbs.ch\/standard-snbs\/vergabeentscheid-labelorganisation-lnbs\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"\/\/www.nnbs.ch\/standard-snbs\/vergabeentscheid-labelorganisation-lnbs\" rel=\"noopener\">SNBS<\/a>). Il est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de certification SGS en coop\u00e9ration avec les partenaires cit\u00e9s ainsi que des experts de CSD Ingenieure, Ecosens AG et la Haute \u00e9cole de Lucerne.<\/p>\n<p>Le LNBS pourrait en principe \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un d\u00e9veloppement th\u00e9matique de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minergie.ch\/minergie-eco-2011.html\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"\/\/www.minergie.ch\/minergie-eco-2011.html\" rel=\"noopener\">Minergie-Eco <\/a>la SGS souligne. En plus de l'environnement et de la sant\u00e9, il couvre \u00e9galement les aspects sociaux (utilisation) et \u00e9conomiques (valeur marchande et n\u00e9gociabilit\u00e9) d'un ouvrage. Son d\u00e9veloppement repose en grande partie sur les connaissances et le savoir-faire existants dans le secteur suisse de la construction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3 Diff\u00e9rences<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Par rapport aux labels de b\u00e2timents propos\u00e9s au niveau international, le LNBS se distingue, selon la SGS, \u00e0 trois \u00e9gards :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Premi\u00e8rement, il n'\u00e9value pas le b\u00e2timent de mani\u00e8re isol\u00e9e, mais dans son contexte, c'est-\u00e0-dire en fonction de son int\u00e9gration dans l'environnement. Il prend en compte non seulement les qualit\u00e9s urbanistiques du b\u00e2timent, mais aussi sa rentabilit\u00e9 et les utilisations possibles.<\/li>\n<li>Deuxi\u00e8mement, il est ax\u00e9 sur l'efficacit\u00e9, tout en \u00e9tant strict dans ses prescriptions et flexible dans son application. Il laisse au ma\u00eetre d'ouvrage et \u00e0 l'architecte une certaine libert\u00e9 dans la conception de l'ouvrage. C'est une d\u00e9marche exigeante pour toutes les parties concern\u00e9es, car l'\u00e9valuation des faits remplace le simple traitement des crit\u00e8res. La certification n'est donc pas un examen \u00e0 choix multiples, mais l'\u00e9valuation d'une proposition de solution quant \u00e0 ses effets.<\/li>\n<li>Troisi\u00e8mement, le contenu du label se concentre sur les aspects ayant un effet de levier.
