Source : FNG\/SSF<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Avec une augmentation de 169 pour cent par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, le volume des placements durables en Suisse s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 191,9 milliards de CHF \u00e0 la fin 2015. De plus en plus de gestionnaires d'actifs int\u00e8grent des aspects environnementaux et sociaux dans la gestion de leurs actifs. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, les actifs autog\u00e9r\u00e9s d'investisseurs institutionnels ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 recens\u00e9s, ce qui a \u00e9galement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la forte croissance. Avec 75%, la part des fonds institutionnels n'a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Cette nette croissance est due en grande partie \u00e0 la forte augmentation du volume des mandats durables, qui s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 96,5 milliards de CHF, soit 165 pour cent de plus que l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Les actifs d'investisseurs institutionnels recens\u00e9s pour la premi\u00e8re fois, d'un montant de CHF 55,2 milliards, ont \u00e9galement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la forte croissance, tout comme la hausse d'environ 16 pour cent des fonds durables. C'est ce que montre la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sustainablefinance.ch\/upload\/cms\/user\/20160510_FNG_Marktbericht_2016_CH_DE_Final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"\/\/www.sustainablefinance.ch\/upload\/cms\/user\/20160510_FNG_Marktbericht_2016_CH_DE_Final.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\">derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude de march\u00e9 suisse sur les placements durables<\/a>Le 10 mai, les deux organisations ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 Zurich leur rapport sur les placements durables, \u00e9labor\u00e9 conjointement par le Forum Nachhaltige Geldanlagen (FNG) et Swiss Sustainable Finance (SSF).<\/p>\n<p>\"La croissance exceptionnellement \u00e9lev\u00e9e des placements durables refl\u00e8te l'attention accrue que ce th\u00e8me suscite aupr\u00e8s des investisseurs institutionnels en Suisse\", explique la directrice du SSF Sabine D\u00f6beli. \"Mais la prise en compte des crit\u00e8res environnementaux, sociaux et de gouvernance (ESG) joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le de plus en plus important dans la gestion de fortune priv\u00e9e\", ajoute-t-elle. \"Il est frappant de constater que, suite \u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence sur le climat de Paris, de plus en plus d'investisseurs int\u00e8grent \u00e9galement les risques climatiques dans leurs d\u00e9cisions d'investissement\", explique Patrick Wirth, vice-pr\u00e9sident du FNG et directeur du FNG Suisse. \"L'\u00e9ventail est large, allant de la mesure des risques climatiques \u00e0 des d\u00e9cisions claires de d\u00e9sinvestissement\", explique-t-il en d\u00e9crivant les r\u00e9sultats de l'enqu\u00eate sp\u00e9ciale sur les investissements climatiques.<\/p>\n<p>\"Sous l'impulsion de diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tudes de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration, le d\u00e9bat public sur la responsabilit\u00e9 des investisseurs s'est intensifi\u00e9 l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re\", explique Jean-Daniel Gerber, pr\u00e9sident du SSF. \"Mais la croissance mise en \u00e9vidence n'est qu'un d\u00e9but. Des initiatives telles que la cr\u00e9ation de SVVK-ASIR par un certain nombre d'investisseurs de droit public l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re vont encore acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la tendance\", ajoute le pr\u00e9sident du SSF \u00e0 propos de la dynamique positive en Suisse. \"Si l'on regarde au-del\u00e0 des fronti\u00e8res nationales, nous assistons actuellement \u00e0 beaucoup de mouvements sur le march\u00e9 de l'investissement durable, notamment en raison du d\u00e9bat sur le changement climatique, mais aussi en relation avec les droits de l'homme et d'autres th\u00e8mes\", ajoute Volker Weber, pr\u00e9sident du comit\u00e9 directeur de la FNG. \"Les investisseurs institutionnels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 et sont toujours des moteurs essentiels de cette \u00e9volution\".<\/p>\n<p>Si les crit\u00e8res d'exclusion restent l'approche la plus importante, l'approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e a d\u00e9tr\u00f4n\u00e9 l'approche best-in-class de la deuxi\u00e8me place avec une croissance de 300%. Les crit\u00e8res sociaux, environnementaux et de gouvernance sont donc de plus en plus souvent int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans l'analyse financi\u00e8re et servent \u00e0 mieux identifier les opportunit\u00e9s de performance. La troisi\u00e8me approche la plus importante est le screening bas\u00e9 sur les normes, qui permet de filtrer de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e les portefeuilles qui ne respectent pas les normes internationales. Avec une augmentation de 274%, l'approche de l'engagement, qui consiste \u00e0 mener un dialogue actif avec les entreprises sur les th\u00e8mes de la durabilit\u00e9, a \u00e9galement gagn\u00e9 en importance.<\/p>\n<p>Outre les placements durables au sens strict, les investissements responsables, qui reposent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sur l'exclusion de domaines controvers\u00e9s comme les armes proscrites au niveau international, ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 recens\u00e9s.
