A partir de 2020, les vieux v\u00e9hicules diesel seront m\u00eame compl\u00e8tement bannis du centre-ville.<\/p>\n<p>Cela fait partie d'un catalogue de mesures prises par le gouvernement de la ville, une coalition entre les Verts et la CSU, pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de l'air dans la ville.<\/p>\n<p>Le ministre-pr\u00e9sident des Verts, Winfried Kretschmann, demande en outre l'introduction d'un macaron bleu au niveau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral. Ce macaron, qui serait attribu\u00e9 aux v\u00e9hicules r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 la norme Euro 6, est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme controvers\u00e9 en Allemagne et a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en veilleuse l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re par le minist\u00e8re de l'Environnement.<\/p>\n<p>En 2016, les taux de dioxyde d'azote en Allemagne ont d\u00e9pass\u00e9 en moyenne annuelle la valeur limite autoris\u00e9e de 40 milligrammes par m\u00e8tre cube dans la majorit\u00e9 des stations de mesure.<\/p>\n<p>La norme Euro 6 a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduite en 2014. Selon elle, les \u00e9missions d'oxyde d'azote des voitures neuves ne devraient plus \u00eatre que de 80 mg de NOx par kilom\u00e8tre - mais en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, elles se situent en moyenne autour de 600 mg de NOx par kilom\u00e8tre.
