(Photo : Christoph Huber \/ pixelio.de)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Le flux quotidien de navetteurs provient d'un mod\u00e8le datant de la r\u00e9volution industrielle, lorsque les gens ont d\u00fb pour la premi\u00e8re fois se rendre au travail l\u00e0 o\u00f9 se trouvaient les machines : \u00e0 l'usine. Aujourd'hui encore, nous faisons la navette vers ces \"usines\", alors que pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des travailleurs pourraient faire leur travail de n'importe o\u00f9. Nous ne pouvons plus nous permettre cet automatisme. Se rendre chaque jour au bureau sans raison imp\u00e9rative, c'est comme acheter des fraises import\u00e9es par avion en f\u00e9vrier : un non-sens \u00e9cologique et \u00e9conomique. Le rapport conceptuel sur la tarification de la mobilit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par la conseill\u00e8re f\u00e9d\u00e9rale Doris Leuthard propose donc de recourir davantage au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Mais ceux qui utilisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 le home office savent que cela entra\u00eene ses propres probl\u00e8mes : le m\u00e9lange de la vie priv\u00e9e et de la vie professionnelle, la distraction, l'infrastructure insuffisante et la disparition des contacts sociaux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>trajet de moins de 15 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La coop\u00e9rative VillageOffice veut ramener le travail l\u00e0 o\u00f9 nous vivons. Cela permet non seulement de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de CO2 et de d\u00e9sengorger les infrastructures, mais aussi de renforcer les communaut\u00e9s locales et d'offrir des mod\u00e8les de travail flexibles qui augmentent la satisfaction des employ\u00e9s et l'attractivit\u00e9 des employeurs. La nouvelle approche est donc la suivante : un environnement de travail professionnel et partag\u00e9, accessible en moins de 15 minutes depuis le domicile. Un lieu o\u00f9 les gens peuvent travailler et se mettre en r\u00e9seau sans devoir d'abord traverser la moiti\u00e9 de la Suisse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contribution active \u00e0 l'Agenda 2030<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce changement n\u00e9cessite du temps et un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me qui relie toutes les parties prenantes n\u00e9cessaires. C'est pourquoi l'objectif de la coop\u00e9rative VillageOffice est de cr\u00e9er cet \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me. En tant que projet partenaire des Objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable de l'ONU, les initiateurs se sont engag\u00e9s \u00e0 apporter une contribution active \u00e0 l'Agenda 2030 par cette approche. La coop\u00e9rative est pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par David Br\u00fchlmeier. \"Pendant neuf ans, j'ai fait la navette entre Fribourg et Zurich et j'\u00e9tais tr\u00e8s \u00e9nerv\u00e9 par la perte de temps. Ma solution \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque ? Il faut des trains plus rapides !\" se souvient-il de sa propre exp\u00e9rience de pendulaire. Au fil du temps, il s'est rendu compte qu'en tant que soci\u00e9t\u00e9, nous devions nous demander si l'activit\u00e9 pendulaire \u00e9tait vraiment utile. \"Avec plus de 2,4 millions de personnes qui peuvent travailler ind\u00e9pendamment de leur lieu de travail, la r\u00e9ponse est clairement non\", d\u00e9clare-t-il aujourd'hui clairement. \"Nous vivons actuellement un bouleversement comme celui que nous avons connu pour la derni\u00e8re fois avec la r\u00e9volution industrielle. Je souhaite apporter ma contribution pour marquer positivement cette nouvelle soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Pour cela, il faut de nouvelles formes de travail et de nouvelles organisations.
