(Immagine: zVg)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<blockquote><p>\"Quando si tratta di affrontare conflitti di obiettivi e di interessi, non ci possono essere rimedi brevettati\", Axel Haunschild, direttore dell'Istituto di studi interdisciplinari sul lavoro di Hannover.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>La nostra societ\u00e0 ha raggiunto il limite del numero di ore che si possono lavorare?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le ore effettive lavorate oggi sono distribuite in modo disomogeneo e vanno da circa 35 ore per i lavoratori a tempo pieno a circa 60 ore in settori dove non ci sono contratti collettivi e molte ore di straordinario (spesso non pagate) sono almeno implicitamente previste (vedi consulenze, studi legali, industrie creative).<\/p>\n<p>Concentrarsi sulle ore di lavoro \u00e8 quindi troppo miope. Una riduzione dell'orario di lavoro da sola non contrasta gli stati di esaurimento, per esempio, se l'orario di lavoro rimanente \u00e8 caratterizzato da fretta, pressione lavorativa o limitata autonomia d'azione.<\/p>\n<p>In sintesi: Il limite delle ore da lavorare\/carico di lavoro viene raggiunto prima per alcuni lavoratori che per altri. Ridurre l'orario di lavoro senza considerare la crescente intensit\u00e0 del lavoro e le richieste che lo accompagnano non \u00e8 sufficiente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Redditivit\u00e0 contro salute. Esiste davvero un rimedio brevettato per l'equilibrio?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quando si tratta di affrontare conflitti di obiettivi e interessi, non ci possono essere rimedi brevettuali. Dall'emergere delle societ\u00e0 di libero mercato (soprattutto delle forme di produzione capitaliste), la progettazione del lavoro si \u00e8 svolta nel campo della tensione tra razionalizzazione e umanizzazione. Oggi, ci sono anche aziende che vanno oltre i requisiti legali per promuovere gli interessi della salute dei loro dipendenti.<\/p>\n<p>Le aziende che hanno un serio interesse per condizioni di lavoro sane dovrebbero raccogliere e fare proprie le percezioni e le esperienze dei loro dipendenti in processi partecipativi ed essere preparate ad apportare modifiche strutturali alle condizioni di lavoro. Tuttavia, questo spesso richiede che gli interessi economici a breve termine siano messi da parte ed \u00e8 quindi sempre pi\u00f9 difficile da attuare in tempi di alta pressione economica per avere successo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avremo bisogno di nuovi modelli di lavoro in futuro - in vista dell'aumento dei tassi di burnout?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I modelli di lavoro devono essere basati su criteri ergonomici per un lavoro sano e motivante. Tale lavoro \u00e8 gestibile per un dipendente, tiene conto delle differenze individuali nelle prestazioni, permette cambiamenti nelle richieste e nei carichi di lavoro, \u00e8 associato a una remunerazione che \u00e8 percepita come equa - ha senso, \u00e8 apprezzata, permette il successo, e in definitiva anche il riconoscimento e lo sviluppo personale. Questo richiede un sostegno sociale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quali consigli d\u00e0 ai dipendenti che si sentono al limite del loro carico di lavoro?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il fatto che i carichi di lavoro portino anche a stress individuali, per esempio esaurimento o anche malattia, ha sempre influenze individuali. \u00c8 quindi utile riflettere sul proprio rapporto con il lavoro e pensare alle proprie aspettative, obiettivi e comportamenti lavorativi. Questi possono essere, per esempio, i confini tra il lavoro e le altre sfere della vita, la capacit\u00e0 di non soddisfare le aspettative degli altri, o la capacit\u00e0 di ricaricare le batterie di tanto in tanto. Ha anche senso identificare le risorse che danno forza e le attivit\u00e0 e le strutture che la tolgono nella propria vita.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuttavia, come possono le strutture di lavoro fisse, in cui un lavoratore occupato si muove, essere allineate pi\u00f9 individualmente<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 quindi molto importante parlare della situazione di stress individuale insieme ai colleghi. Un esame (guidato) delle diagnosi della scienza del lavoro sugli attuali sviluppi e problemi del mondo del lavoro pu\u00f2 anche aiutare a comprendere la propria situazione non come un destino individuale o addirittura una colpa, ma come un problema collettivo condiviso con gli altri.
