Questo \u00e8 dimostrato da una nuova ricerca in uno studio commissionato da UPS. Oltre 30% dei dirigenti hanno detto che vedono grandi sfide nel passaggio all'omnicanalit\u00e0, come il livello di investimento in IT, l'organizzazione dei processi logistici, la comprensione del comportamento dei consumatori e l'allineamento del management al commercio omnicanale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tre aree logistiche principali<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mentre i rivenditori adattano la loro catena di approvvigionamento a quei consumatori che acquistano spesso online - noti anche come 'flex shopper' - dovrebbero concentrarsi su tre aree chiave: i negozi fisici, la trasformazione dei problemi di inventario in vendite e i resi transfrontalieri.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Utilizzare meglio i rami:<\/strong> Se i rivenditori europei vogliono rimanere competitivi, dovrebbero notare che le visite dei clienti nei negozi di mattoni sono in calo mentre gli acquisti online sono in crescita.
