Mette a confronto diverse varianti di acquisto - fisse e online. Un viaggio di 5 km per fare la spesa con la propria auto, ad esempio, produce da 600 a 1100 g di CO2, mentre un viaggio in bicicletta emette 0 g di CO2. Una consegna tramite servizio online produce in media tra i 200 e i 400 g di CO2. Le minori emissioni rispetto alla guida della propria auto sono dovute, tra l'altro, a un migliore utilizzo dei veicoli, alla progettazione efficiente dei percorsi di consegna e al crescente utilizzo di veicoli elettrici. Il pi\u00f9 importante\u00a0<a href=\"\/\/www.umweltbundesamt.de\/service\/glossar\/k?tag=Klimaschutz#alphabar\">Protezione del clima<\/a>-Nella vendita al dettaglio fissa, il consumo di energia in loco e la scelta del trasporto da parte del cliente sono i principali fattori che hanno un impatto sull'ambiente. Nella vendita al dettaglio online, i fattori pi\u00f9 dannosi per l'ambiente sono i rifiuti di imballaggio della spedizione e la sezione di consegna a domicilio, il cosiddetto \"ultimo miglio\".<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mancanza di informazioni ambientali nel commercio online<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un altro\u00a0<a href=\"\/\/www.umweltbundesamt.de\/service\/glossar\/u?tag=UBA#alphabar\">UBA<\/a>-Studio (<a href=\"\/\/www.umweltbundesamt.de\/publikationen\/foerderung-des-nachhaltigen-konsums-durch-digitale\">\"Promuovere il consumo sostenibile attraverso le informazioni digitali sui prodotti\".<\/a>) mostra che i marchi ecologici non sono stati finora sufficientemente rappresentati nella vendita al dettaglio online. Anche le informazioni sulla riparabilit\u00e0 e sulla disponibilit\u00e0 di aggiornamenti non sono solitamente disponibili. Queste caratteristiche - a differenza del prezzo o del design - giocano quindi spesso solo un ruolo secondario nella decisione di acquisto, come scrive l'UBA. L'etichettatura del consumo energetico rappresenta un'eccezione, in quanto \u00e8 richiesta dalla legge. L'UBA raccomanda pertanto l'introduzione dell'obbligo di fornire informazioni sulla garanzia del produttore e parametri sulla vita media dei prodotti. I marchi esistenti, come l'Ecolabel UE o l'Angelo Blu, dovrebbero essere visualizzati direttamente con le informazioni sul prodotto e queste informazioni dovrebbero essere integrate nelle piattaforme di vendita e di confronto dei prezzi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Problemi di rifiuti di imballaggio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una maggiore tutela dell'ambiente \u00e8 possibile anche nell'imballaggio per la spedizione. Molti prodotti, ad esempio, possono essere spediti senza danni nella loro confezione originale, senza ulteriori imballaggi di spedizione.<\/p>\n<p>Anche gli imballaggi riutilizzabili che vengono restituiti vuoti dai clienti hanno senso. Secondo lo studio, ogni anno si potrebbero risparmiare tra le 180.000 e le 370.000 tonnellate di rifiuti di imballaggio nel settore delle vendite per corrispondenza. Ci\u00f2 corrisponde a una riduzione dal 22 al 45%. Nell'ambito della logistica, l'uso di veicoli elettrici o biciclette per le consegne offre un grande potenziale, cos\u00ec come l'uso di stazioni di imballaggio per una consegna efficiente, secondo l'UBA. I consumatori potrebbero anche migliorare il loro bilancio ambientale acquistando prodotti ecologici, evitando di restituire frequentemente i prodotti acquistati online e chiedendo espressamente sistemi riutilizzabili o rinunciando agli imballaggi per la spedizione. \"Non deve essere sempre un nuovo acquisto. Spesso una buona alternativa \u00e8 rappresentata da un buon usato, da un prestito o da un noleggio, soprattutto per prodotti che si usano raramente, come un trapano, un tosaerba o un tagliasiepi. Riparare elettrodomestici apparentemente difettosi pu\u00f2 anche evitare di acquistarne uno nuovo\", afferma il presidente dell'UBA Dirk Messner.<\/p>\n<p>Ulteriori informazioni: Questi dati sono i primi risultati del progetto di ricerca \"Greening Online Trade\". I dati sulle emissioni di CO2 o CO2e (CO2 equivalenti) provengono da diversi studi di valutazione del ciclo di vita e sono stati compilati nel progetto e in parte calcolati dall'UBA stessa, come scrive l'UBA. I dati sui rifiuti di imballaggio provengono dal database GVM.
