Naturalmente, i formatori Dale Carnegie devono sapere quali caratteristiche e quali comportamenti dei manager sono richiesti dove. Il risultato: ci sono certamente differenze tra le diverse regioni, ma ci sono anche regole che si applicano universalmente. G\u00f6thert: \"Quello che insegnava Dale Carnegie, il formatore di comunicazione e motivazione morto nel 1955, \u00e8 ancora utile oggi e ovunque se si vuole motivare i dipendenti e renderli pi\u00f9 felici.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14 paesi e oltre 3.300 partecipanti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lo studio si basa su un sondaggio online con pi\u00f9 di 3.300 dipendenti a tempo pieno di et\u00e0 superiore ai 21 anni di aziende di tutte le dimensioni e di numerosi settori. Le domande chiedevano agli intervistati di scegliere tra due caratteristiche di leadership: Le raccomandazioni comportamentali di Dale Carnegie sono state contrapposte al comune e riconosciuto comportamento di leadership che \u00e8 pi\u00f9 direttivo e orientato al compito. Inoltre, lo studio ha identificato le caratteristiche di leadership che sono pi\u00f9 importanti per i dipendenti. Ha anche chiesto fino a che punto i manager possiedono queste qualit\u00e0, se agiscono secondo i loro valori e quanto i dipendenti li percepiscono sinceri e affidabili. Infine, ma non meno importante, si trattava della soddisfazione degli intervistati e dei possibili desideri di cambiare lavoro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apprezzamento e lode essenziali<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6thert \u00e8 impressionato da quanto le intuizioni di Dale Carnegie siano apparentemente sostenibili. \"Sono davvero sopravvissuti ai tempi e anche la globalizzazione non ha toccato la loro validit\u00e0. Apprezzamenti, lodi e riconoscimenti sono considerati dai dipendenti di tutto il mondo come essenziali per la motivazione e la fedelt\u00e0 all'azienda. La soddisfazione e la volont\u00e0 di rimanere con l'attuale datore di lavoro crescono con l'onest\u00e0, l'affidabilit\u00e0 e l'impegno di valore dei superiori. I leader di successo creano un ambiente in cui i dipendenti si sentono sicuri, accettati e rispettati - e i leader di successo ammettono i propri errori.<\/p>\n<p>\"Tutti questi punti confluiscono nella nostra formazione\", sottolinea G\u00f6thert. In questo senso, dice, lo studio conferma la correttezza della filosofia di Dale Carnegie Training. \"Quello che facciamo \u00e8 implementare una cultura di leadership globale nelle aziende che operano a livello internazionale\". Questo \u00e8 un prerequisito per un'ulteriore crescita. Anche se richiede adattamenti locali in ogni paese, i principi di base sono applicabili ad ogni manager. G\u00f6thert: \"Naturalmente, questo facilita la cooperazione nei team transnazionali. Come rivela lo studio, sono pi\u00f9 evidenti nell'importanza delle raccomandazioni individuali di Dale Carnegie. Ogni paese ha la sua classifica, spiega G\u00f6thert. Negli Stati Uniti e in Canada, per esempio, le lodi per i buoni risultati da parte del manager sono molto pi\u00f9 rilevanti che nella media di tutti i paesi. I dipendenti europei sono particolarmente motivati dal riconoscimento verbale e da capi che si concentrano sui loro punti di forza e abilit\u00e0.
