Questo mi fa pensare: avete mai pensato all'emivita della conoscenza acquisita da un seminario di due giorni? Forse \u00e8 qualche ora, con fortuna qualche giorno. Dopo quattro settimane al massimo, quello che avete sentito e tutte le intenzioni onorevoli sono di solito finite nel cimitero delle buone intenzioni. Tu stesso e i tuoi colleghi seguite lo stesso percorso di prima. Il foglio con gli esercizi per l'ufficio prende polvere nei cassetti della scrivania, la mela in mezzo viene scambiata di nuovo con la barretta di cioccolato e la bicicletta viene abbandonata in favore dell'auto o dell'autobus e del treno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Imparare davvero e fare la differenza<\/strong> che possiamo ottenere solo attraverso la pratica costante e l'applicazione regolare! Costruire la forma fisica e mentale o la resilienza, la resistenza ecc. in un seminario \u00e8 utopico, quindi perch\u00e9 offrire un seminario? Perch\u00e9 affrontate il tema della gestione della salute a met\u00e0, anche se volete dipendenti sani e in forma? Una buona gestione della salute sul lavoro \u00e8 un processo, non una singola misura! Questo processo inizia con la determinazione di dove si trovano effettivamente i problemi fondamentali di voi e dei vostri dipendenti e colleghi. Ci sono posti di lavoro ergonomici? La marea quotidiana di e-mail viene gestita in modo efficace? Gli orari di lavoro sono flessibili e adatti alla famiglia? C'\u00e8 interesse per un club di corsa aziendale comune, di escursionismo, di canottaggio o altri gruppi sportivi? C'\u00e8 bisogno di un breve pisolino durante la pausa pranzo? Cosa vogliono e di cosa hanno bisogno i miei dipendenti? Di cosa ho bisogno come manager per diventare pi\u00f9 sano e in forma?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proprio cos\u00ec,<\/strong> Soprattutto come supervisore, devo chiedermi di cosa ho bisogno per diventare pi\u00f9 in forma! Si parla spesso della funzione di modello dei manager. Ma \u00e8 davvero vissuto? Se vuoi approvare o introdurre il pisolino su tappetini o divani in ufficio, dovresti dare il buon esempio! Non guardate male i vostri dipendenti e colleghi quando stendono il loro tappetino, ma partecipate! Partecipa regolarmente alla corsa, al canottaggio o alla camminata! Inizia un gruppo che fa esercizi per la schiena in ufficio durante una pausa di 10 minuti. Incoraggia le persone a pranzare insieme e a sedersi con loro. Quindi il mio consiglio: partecipate! Niente \u00e8 pi\u00f9 efficace della gestione della salute vissuta insieme. Un gruppo \u00e8 anche meno propenso a lasciare che la nuova iniziativa si addormenti, purch\u00e9 l'obiettivo fissato sia concreto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La mia esperienza mi ha insegnato:<\/strong> Se il capo non viene coinvolto, potete scordarvelo. Tuttavia, trovo spesso che il tema della gestione o della promozione della salute sia veramente accompagnato e iniziato dall'alto solo in casi eccezionali. Non lasciatelo solo al desiderio di \"impiegati pi\u00f9 efficienti\" o a un \"ordine\" di un formatore o di un capo seminario. Prendete l'iniziativa come manager e stabilite un programma che sia accompagnato per almeno sei mesi! Allora c'\u00e8 la possibilit\u00e0 che un vero cambiamento abbia luogo. E non solo secondo il motto: BGM = per favore dipendenti sani! Fare del tema della salute un vero compito di gestione, come dice gi\u00e0 il nome stesso \"Occupational Health Management\".
