(Foto: Thomas Berner)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Il 17\u00b0 SIZ Care Forum ha attirato circa 150 visitatori nella sala del campus dell'Universit\u00e0 di Scienze Applicate della Svizzera nordoccidentale a Brugg\/Windisch. Accolti da Kurt Mettler, amministratore delegato della SIZ Care AG, e dal moderatore Michael Sokoll, il pubblico ha prima ricevuto una lezione su \"lamentarsi mette in pericolo la salute\": il formatore di comunicazione e autore di libri Dani Nieth ha spiegato come concentrarsi troppo sul negativo apre la porta a batteri e virus.<\/p>\n<h2>Prevenzione e inclusione nella pratica<\/h2>\n<p>La presentazione successiva riguardava specificamente la prevenzione e l'integrazione. Il Dr. J\u00e9r\u00f4me Cosandey di Avenir Suisse ha presentato nel suo articolo \"Eingliedern statt ausschliessen - gute berufliche Integration bei Invalidit\u00e4t lohnt sich\" (Integrazione invece di esclusione - vale la pena una buona integrazione professionale in caso di invalidit\u00e0) i risultati di uno studio condotto recentemente che dimostra esattamente questo. Ha anche sottolineato che strumenti come il cosiddetto profilo di integrazione orientato alle risorse (REP), sviluppato da <a href=\"http:\/\/www.compasso.ch\">Compasso<\/a>La rete per il mantenimento del lavoro e l'integrazione professionale potrebbe essere usata ancora pi\u00f9 frequentemente.<\/p>\n<p>Il Dr. med. Jochen Uebel, specialista in psichiatria e psicoterapia presso la clinica Sch\u00fctzen di Aarau, ha poi dato uno sguardo psichiatrico alla (in)capacit\u00e0 lavorativa. Ha notato che si tratta di una questione di medicina, medicina e psichiatria. <em>e<\/em> e ha invocato una \"alleanza terapeutica\" tra tutti gli attori, cio\u00e8 medici, datori di lavoro, assicuratori e pazienti. Questo include, tra le altre cose, un atteggiamento di base pi\u00f9 orientato al lavoro da parte dei professionisti medici e un approccio individuale alla reintegrazione nel processo lavorativo.<\/p>\n<h2>Insidie legali per quanto riguarda la continuazione del pagamento dei salari<\/h2>\n<p>La presentazione di Kurt Mettler ha poi affrontato le ambiguit\u00e0 relative alla continuazione del pagamento dei salari e delle indennit\u00e0 giornaliere di malattia. Ha fatto notare la diversa classificazione dell'incapacit\u00e0 lavorativa nel diritto delle assicurazioni sociali (in particolare l'art. 6 LPGA) e nel Codice delle obbligazioni (art. 324a CO). Il diritto delle assicurazioni sociali collega esplicitamente l'inabilit\u00e0 al lavoro a una malattia, mentre il Codice delle obbligazioni parla di \"inabilit\u00e0 al lavoro\". Quest'ultima argomentazione pu\u00f2 portare a una situazione in cui gli assicuratori delle indennit\u00e0 giornaliere di malattia non considerano l'inabilit\u00e0 al lavoro come una malattia e quindi non vogliono pagare le indennit\u00e0 giornaliere. Per questo motivo, una chiara regolamentazione del pagamento continuato del salario da parte del datore di lavoro a livello del contratto di lavoro\/regolamento del personale \u00e8 raccomandata come \"soluzione sostitutiva\" per contrastare tali ambiguit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<h2>Pi\u00f9 \"attacchi di amido<\/h2>\n<p>La presentazione di Evelyne Wenzel \u00e8 stata il punto finale. Ha dato al pubblico spunti di riflessione su come rafforzare i propri punti di forza attraverso l'immagine di s\u00e9, con una visione significativa e obiettivi chiari, nonch\u00e9 uno stato d'animo positivo.
