(Immagine: zVg \/ Workday)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Workday ha recentemente svelato i risultati di un nuovo sondaggio su Diversit\u00e0 e Inclusione (D&amp;I). Il sondaggio \u00e8 stato condotto nella primavera del 2021 da Sapio Research per conto di Workday tra pi\u00f9 di 2.200 manager e leader HR di 14 paesi europei per comprendere motivazioni, azioni e progressi nell'area dell'appartenenza e della diversit\u00e0 (B&amp;D).<\/p>\n<h2>Diversit\u00e0 e inclusione: grandi differenze tra i paesi<\/h2>\n<p>L'investimento e il progresso delle iniziative per la diversit\u00e0 e l'inclusione variano ampiamente tra le organizzazioni intervistate in Europa. Per esempio, tre intervistati su quattro dicono che i loro team di leadership considerano B&amp;D importante: La Spagna fornisce il punteggio pi\u00f9 alto con 84%. Germania e Svizzera hanno rispettivamente 76% e 74%, Austria 62%. La percentuale pi\u00f9 bassa di sostenitori \u00e8 in Norvegia (46%).<\/p>\n<p>Tre intervistati su quattro hanno detto di avere un budget per finanziare le iniziative D&amp;I. Pi\u00f9 di 41% prevedono di mantenerlo, nonostante le attuali sfide economiche. Pi\u00f9 di un terzo prevede addirittura di aumentarlo. In Germania, 74% e in Svizzera 76% degli intervistati hanno attualmente risorse finanziarie per queste iniziative. Inoltre, sono previsti aumenti per il prossimo anno in entrambi i paesi. L'Austria mostra il valore pi\u00f9 alto tra le aziende senza un budget (27%) e solo 18% degli intervistati vedono possibilit\u00e0 di un aumento dei finanziamenti.<\/p>\n<p>Quasi tutte le organizzazioni stanno implementando almeno un'iniziativa B&amp;D, ma pi\u00f9 di un terzo non ha una strategia in atto. Un quinto ha fatto i primi passi per svilupparne uno. In Germania, 37% non hanno un approccio strategico e 21% stanno cambiando questo. In Svizzera, 40% sono attualmente senza un concetto fisso, mentre 23% vorrebbero agire in futuro in modo pi\u00f9 pianificato. L'Austria \u00e8 il paese in Europa dove la maggior parte delle aziende intervistate non ha una strategia (57%) e solo 8% stanno facendo dei passi per cambiare questo.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sempre pi\u00f9 spesso si prendono misure sulla base di dati<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le valutazioni dei dati permettono confronti e cambiamenti, e rendono visibili i successi in primo luogo. Di tutti gli intervistati, 75% si fidano dei dati D&amp;I della loro organizzazione per agire in base ad essi. La Danimarca e la Spagna si fidano maggiormente dei loro dati (85% e 83%), la Svizzera e la Germania sono appena sopra e sotto la media europea con 77% e 70% rispettivamente. Gli austriaci hanno solo 55% fiducia nei loro dati.<\/p>\n<p>C'\u00e8 un chiaro potenziale in tutti i paesi intervistati quando si tratta di misurare l'impatto delle iniziative D&amp;I sul successo aziendale: questi dati sono raccolti solo dal 17% degli intervistati. Anche qui, la Spagna (24%) mostra il valore pi\u00f9 alto, mentre la Germania con 15% \u00e8 a met\u00e0 classifica, la Svizzera (9%) e l'Austria (8%) sono in fondo.<\/p>\n<p>L'indagine ha scoperto che delle aziende intervistate in Europa, 92% usano la tecnologia per supportare in qualche misura le iniziative D&amp;I. Rispetto all'Europa, solo 88% in Germania, 85% in Svizzera e 83% in Austria fanno affidamento sulla tecnologia.<\/p>\n<h2>Considerare la D&amp;I come una parte centrale della strategia aziendale<\/h2>\n<p>Sono necessarie misure concrete e sostenibili per generare benefici per le organizzazioni e i loro dipendenti. Per fare questo, \u00e8 consigliabile incorporare coerentemente il concetto nella strategia aziendale e implementare sistemi informativi che permettano una gestione efficace. Un approccio basato sull'evidenza pu\u00f2 aiutare le organizzazioni a passare dalle buone intenzioni a un cambiamento duraturo.<\/p>\n<p>\"Cambiamenti sociali di vasta portata ci hanno portato a ripensare il modo in cui lavoriamo e interagiamo tra di noi. Questioni come il benessere dei dipendenti, la diversit\u00e0, l'appartenenza e l'inclusione sono entrate automaticamente in primo piano\", spiega Daniela Porr, EMEA HCM and D&amp;I Specialist. \"Abbiamo voluto usare il sondaggio per saperne di pi\u00f9 sui progressi, ma anche sulle sfide, che le aziende vedono nell'implementazione di una cultura incentrata sulla diversit\u00e0 e l'appartenenza. I risultati evidenziano l'importanza di coinvolgere sia il management che i dipendenti nell'implementazione delle iniziative D&amp;I al fine di ottenere un cambiamento sostenibile.
