Questo li rende attraenti per i lavoratori qualificati molto ricercati. Lo sa anche Petra Keel, direttrice del neonato Forum BGM di Zurigo. \"Come tutti noi sperimentiamo personalmente, il mondo del lavoro sta cambiando. Il ritmo sta diventando pi\u00f9 veloce, i compiti pi\u00f9 complessi e i processi pi\u00f9 digitali\", osserva. Questo sviluppo \u00e8 intensificato dalla pandemia e non passa per tutti i dipendenti senza lasciare traccia. Secondo Promozione Salute Svizzera<br \/>\ntre lavoratori su dieci riportano stress sul lavoro. Quasi altrettanti sono emotivamente esausti. Le assenze dal lavoro dovute al burnout sono in continuo aumento. \"Vogliamo contrastare questa tendenza con il Forum BGM Zurigo. Il lavoro pu\u00f2 fornire sicurezza, struttura, identit\u00e0 e fiducia in se stessi e quindi promuovere la salute. Nelle aziende, questo richiede un'organizzazione, una leadership e una cultura che promuovano la salute\", spiega Petra Keel.<\/p>\n<h2>Rafforzare la popolazione attiva<\/h2>\n<p>Su incarico del Dipartimento della Salute del Cantone di Zurigo, l'obiettivo di Prevenzione e Promozione della Salute \u00e8 quello di rafforzare la salute dei dipendenti e quindi anche delle aziende zurighesi. Per questo motivo, Prevenzione e Promozione della Salute ha creato il Forum BGM Zurigo. L'Associazione dei datori di lavoro di Zurigo (VZH), l'Associazione commerciale di Zurigo, Suva e l'Istituto delle assicurazioni sociali di Zurigo (SVA) sono stati conquistati come ulteriori sponsor del forum. Grazie a questa cooperazione, il Forum BGM di Zurigo opera vicino alla pratica, integra le competenze esistenti ed \u00e8 ben collegato in rete. Il Forum \u00e8 anche indipendente e non ha scopo di lucro.<\/p>\n<h2>Informazioni dalla teoria e dalla pratica<\/h2>\n<p>Il nuovo Forum BGM Zurich offre alle aziende diversi servizi. Sulla piattaforma della conoscenza <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bgm-zh.ch\">www.bgm-zh.ch<\/a> I manager, gli specialisti delle risorse umane e i responsabili della gestione della salute sul posto di lavoro troveranno know-how e strumenti per l'uso pratico, nonch\u00e9 nuovi esempi di aziende del cantone che implementano la gestione della salute sul posto di lavoro nel loro lavoro quotidiano. \"Molte aziende immaginano che BGM sia qualcosa di grande e complicato\", nota Petra Keel. \"Anche con singole piccole misure come l'introduzione di sequenze di lavoro senza interruzioni o colloqui mirati di ritorno al lavoro, le aziende possono creare un primo effetto sostenibile e positivo.<\/p>\n<h2>Forum BGM Zurigo reti tramite eventi<\/h2>\n<p>Per permettere alle aziende di fare rete e di condividere ed espandere il loro know-how, il Forum BGM di Zurigo organizza pi\u00f9 volte all'anno degli incontri per lo scambio di esperienze. \"Le aziende che si trovano in un punto simile sono di solito alle prese con problemi simili. Sostenersi a vicenda e cercare soluzioni insieme pu\u00f2 semplificare molte cose e far muovere le cose\", dice Petra Keel. Anche Martin Hirzel, presidente di Swissmem, sottolinea: \"Le aziende hanno bisogno di buone reti che offrano supporto. Questo include anche la promozione della salute sul posto di lavoro.<\/p>\n<p>Nei focus di mezza giornata e negli eventi d'impulso online, vengono presentati e discussi, in collaborazione con esperti, megatrend come \"salute\" e \"nuovo lavoro\", ma anche temi molto specifici come \"sicurezza nei cantieri\". \"Nel cantone di Zurigo, ci sono eccellenti uffici specializzati per i temi legati alla salute. Per me \u00e8 molto importante coinvolgerli e usare le sinergie\", dice Keel.<\/p>\n<h2>BGM come investimento utile<\/h2>\n<p>Investire nella gestione della salute sul lavoro vale la pena. Le aziende possono aumentare la loro attrattiva sul mercato del lavoro con misure di promozione della salute e quindi tenere il passo con la concorrenza per i lavoratori qualificati. La gestione della salute sul lavoro aumenta la soddisfazione, la motivazione e il rendimento dei dipendenti, nonch\u00e9 la loro fedelt\u00e0 all'azienda. Poich\u00e9 l'assenteismo diminuisce con un sistema di gestione della salute sul lavoro ben implementato e i dipendenti di solito tornano al lavoro pi\u00f9 rapidamente dopo una malattia, le aziende possono risparmiare fino al venti per cento dei costi di assenteismo. \"Soprattutto in tempi turbolenti e instabili, vale la pena per le aziende investire risorse nella gestione della salute sul lavoro.
