(Immagine: zVg)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Con la sua tesi, Mich\u00e8le Aschwanden, laureata del Bachelor of Business Administration HWZ, ha vinto l'UBS Sustainability Award per le tesi di Bachelor eccezionali della HWZ Hochschule f\u00fcr Wirtschaft Z\u00fcrich. Nella sua tesi, fa luce sulle sfide che il commercio al dettaglio, uno dei settori occupazionali pi\u00f9 importanti dell'economia svizzera, deve superare, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la prossima generazione di donne manager.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Peggiori opportunit\u00e0 di carriera per le donne<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nel 2016, il Tages-Anzeiger ha intitolato i risultati di una valutazione su larga scala \"Ecco come stanno le opportunit\u00e0 di carriera delle donne nel commercio al dettaglio\". Anche se c'\u00e8 un'alta quota di donne tra il personale dei supermercati, i negozi sono per lo pi\u00f9 gestiti da uomini. La sindacalista Priscilla Imboden ha spiegato la bassa quota di donne a livello dirigenziale con il fatto che i modelli di lavoro alternativo e part-time sono poco accettati nel commercio al dettaglio a livello dirigenziale. Di conseguenza, dopo la nascita del loro primo figlio, la maggior parte delle donne nel commercio al dettaglio non possono pi\u00f9 svolgere la loro precedente funzione di gestione e devono assumerne un'altra.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Top-Sharing come soluzione<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il top sharing, in cui due manager condividono una funzione manageriale e condividono compiti e responsabilit\u00e0 di gestione, potrebbe fornire un rimedio. I risultati dello studio qualitativo completo di Mich\u00e8le Aschwanden, laureata in Bachelor of Business Administration, mostrano che l'introduzione del top-sharing pu\u00f2 creare una prospettiva completamente nuova per il personale junior femminile nel commercio al dettaglio, che potrebbe motivarlo a lavorare nell'industria alimentare per un periodo di tempo pi\u00f9 lungo. \u00c8 fondamentale mostrare loro che il top-sharing permette di combinare in modo ottimale famiglia, carriera e tempo libero.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Prevenire la conoscenza inattiva<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A causa del fatto che la maggior parte delle donne nel commercio al dettaglio non possono tornare alla loro precedente funzione manageriale dopo la nascita del loro primo figlio, il prezioso know-how rimane inutilizzato e un successivo rientro diventa difficile. Alcune aziende di vendita al dettaglio hanno gi\u00e0 riconosciuto il potenziale delle posizioni di gestione a tempo parziale per le donne con figli e permettono loro di tornare alle attivit\u00e0 di gestione. In questo modo, le aziende continuano ad utilizzare il know-how esistente e le donne manager possono conciliare in modo ottimale la loro famiglia con la loro carriera attraverso una leadership part-time.<\/p>\n<p>Mich\u00e8le Aschwanden ha condotto 22 interviste con quattro diversi gruppi di persone. La diversit\u00e0 tra le intervistate \u00e8 impressionante: direttrici di filiale donne di tutte le et\u00e0, con e senza famiglia e con o senza esperienza di top-sharing, giovani donne junior, titolari d'azienda, direttori commerciali, responsabili delle risorse umane, esperti di lavoro femminile e diversit\u00e0.
