(Immagine: zVg \/ Felfel)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La giovane azienda Felfel \u00e8 ormai conosciuta in tutta la Svizzera per i suoi frigoriferi appositamente sviluppati e la logistica controllata digitalmente: questo significa che le aziende senza mense per il personale possono essere rifornite con cibo fresco e prodotto in modo sostenibile. Questo ha portato a una nuova forma di ristorazione moderna per i dipendenti. Ora questo concetto deve essere esteso al consumo di caff\u00e8 in ufficio.<\/p>\n<h2>400 cooperative di agricoltori in Per\u00f9<\/h2>\n<p>Con il nuovo marchio \"Gavetti by Felfel\", il caff\u00e8 viene portato negli uffici svizzeri. \u00c8 un caff\u00e8 speciale: i chicchi di caff\u00e8 provengono da oltre 400 cooperative di agricoltori in Per\u00f9, Nicaragua e Honduras - 120 delle quali sono imprese di sole donne. Dieci franchi svizzeri da ogni sacco di chicchi di caff\u00e8 consegnato dai paesi dell'America Latina vanno al progetto \"Mujeres y Caf\u00e9\", che sostiene le contadine peruviane con formazione e attrezzature di produzione. \"I coltivatori di caff\u00e8 Gavetti producono solo caff\u00e8 biologico, e non vengono usati fertilizzanti sintetici o prodotti chimici\", dice Felfel.<br \/>\nco-fondatrice Daniela Steiner, \"e fanno parte di un'associazione Fairtrade\". I salari che possono essere pagati alle contadine di Gavetti sono quindi superiori al livello medio.<\/p>\n<h2>Macchine da caff\u00e8 di qualit\u00e0 svizzera<\/h2>\n<p>Anche il caff\u00e8 Gavetti viene lavorato secondo questa linea ecologica fino a che non fa la schiuma nella tazza in ufficio e diffonde la sua fragranza. La tostatura \u00e8 fatta da un'azienda familiare italiana, le macchine da caff\u00e8 sono prodotte da un produttore svizzero. Non c'\u00e8 materiale di imballaggio inutile come le capsule di alluminio. Il caff\u00e8 tostato va direttamente nella macchina, i fondi di caff\u00e8 vengono compostati e trasformati in biogas in Svizzera. I bicchieri di porcellana sono usati al posto di quelli di carta, e il latte d'avena vegano \u00e8 disponibile in aggiunta al latte di mucca svizzero.<\/p>\n<h2>Venti ricette di caff\u00e8<\/h2>\n<p>Il cuore dell'offerta \u00e8 il servizio a tutto tondo: vengono forniti i chicchi, la tostatura e la macchina, che viene consegnata e pulita ogni giorno. In totale, la macchina da caff\u00e8 Gavetti offre pi\u00f9 di venti ricette - dal cappuccino al ristretto - che possono essere completate con latte di mucca o di avena.
