(Immagine: zVg \/ Freelance svizzeri)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La nuova associazione \"Swiss Freelancers\" mira a mettere in rete i freelance di tutta la Svizzera e a dare loro pi\u00f9 visibilit\u00e0, sia individualmente con i loro rispettivi servizi, sia come freelance come forma di lavoro in generale. Mentre il freelance - che sia a tempo pieno o a tempo parziale come parte di un portafoglio di lavoro accanto a un'occupazione a tempo parziale e\/o alla famiglia - \u00e8 in costante aumento anche in Svizzera, la politica e il sistema sociale sono ancora orientati verso il tradizionale rapporto di lavoro a tempo pieno con un unico datore di lavoro. Come prima azione, Swiss Freelancers sta lanciando un sondaggio intersettoriale sui freelance.<\/p>\n<h2>Cambiamenti nel mondo del lavoro<\/h2>\n<p>\"Le aziende impiegheranno solo freelance in futuro?\" era la domanda posta in un articolo della NZZ un buon anno fa. Anche se per il momento non \u00e8 probabile una sostituzione completa dei rapporti di lavoro tradizionali, la tendenza \u00e8 chiara: solo negli ultimi 30 anni, secondo l'Ufficio federale di statistica, la proporzione dei rapporti di lavoro a tempo pieno \u00e8 diminuita di pi\u00f9 di 10 punti percentuali, sia per le donne che per gli uomini. Ci sono pi\u00f9 relazioni part-time, pi\u00f9 freelance a tempo pieno, ma anche pi\u00f9 freelance che lavorano part-time insieme al lavoro familiare o uno o forse pi\u00f9 lavori part-time. E non c'\u00e8 nessuna inversione di tendenza in vista: Il tradizionale lavoro a tempo pieno \u00e8 sempre pi\u00f9 sostituito da un portafoglio di lavori autonomi e dipendenti, permanenti e talvolta solo temporanei. \"Tuttavia, gli strumenti di sicurezza sociale sono ancora orientati verso rapporti di lavoro stabili, il classico lavoro a tempo pieno\", dice a questo proposito Claudius Krucker, presidente della nuova associazione \"Swiss Feelancers\". In particolare con l'esperienza della pandemia di Corona, vede la necessit\u00e0 di agire in politica. Ma l'associazione dovrebbe fare di pi\u00f9: \"Si tratta anche della visibilit\u00e0 del freelance stesso. Poich\u00e9 i freelance per natura lavorano di solito da soli o solo temporaneamente in team, non sono percepiti come un gruppo. Sono poco presenti nei media, a differenza delle grandi aziende, e non hanno una lobby naturale\".<\/p>\n<h2>Supporto per i freelance<\/h2>\n<p>Claudius Krucker stesso ha lavorato come libero professionista in un ufficio a domicilio e quindi conosce il problema della mancanza di contatti sociali per esperienza personale. Nel 2014, questo lo ha portato a fondare CreativeSpace a San Gallo, uno spazio di coworking con postazioni di lavoro e sale workshop per professionisti creativi, che ora \u00e8 presente anche a Zurigo. \"Per i freelance in particolare, il coworking \u00e8 un'alternativa ideale all'ufficio a casa\", dice, spiegando il suo impegno nel concetto di spazi di coworking. L'associazione svizzera dei freelance si concentra anche sui contatti all'interno della comunit\u00e0 dei freelance per promuovere lo scambio durante gli incontri regolari di networking. Inoltre, l'associazione vuole sostenere i suoi membri con contratti modello e una carta del freelance, anche per chiarire il rapporto con i clienti. \"Si tratta di comportamento professionale e di correttezza da entrambe le parti\", dice Krucker.<\/p>\n<h2>I freelance svizzeri preparano uno studio completo<\/h2>\n<p>Con lo Swiss Freelancer Survey, l'associazione diventa per la prima volta pubblica. L'indagine vuole essere il primo studio intersettoriale sul freelance in Svizzera. In linea con l'ampio spettro in cui i freelance lavorano, l'indagine affronta principalmente questioni strutturali. \"Non stiamo chiedendo delle tariffe orarie. Ma naturalmente siamo interessati, per esempio, a come la pandemia di Corona ha colpito i diversi settori del freelance - e se la rete di strumenti di supporto ha tenuto anche per i freelance\", spiega Krucker.
