(Illustrazione: Oculus)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Una nuova autostrada si estende per 330 chilometri dalla capitale turca Ankara alla provincia meridionale di Nigde. L'autostrada, che fa parte della rete stradale transeuropea, \u00e8 stata messa in funzione prima del previsto completamento del progetto. Anche Swiss Export Risk Insurance ha partecipato a questo grande progetto con un valore totale di 1,5 miliardi di euro. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serv-ch.com\/\">SERV<\/a> coinvolto. Questo ha avvantaggiato sia l'appaltatore EPC turco del progetto (EPC) che gli esportatori svizzeri.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Un canale di vendita per gli esportatori svizzeri<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Per soddisfare i requisiti della SERV in termini di struttura del finanziamento, l'EPC turco ERG \u0130n\u015faat Ticaret ve Sanayi A.\u015e. ha riattivato la sua filiale in Svizzera, SSB Sauerwein &amp; Sch\u00e4fer Bau AG (SSB), dotandola di project manager esperti. Doveva anche soddisfare i requisiti svizzeri di valore aggiunto. A tal fine, SSB ha coinvolto note aziende svizzere come subappaltatori per il progetto con varie forniture e servizi.<\/p>\n<p>Con la sua assicurazione, la SERV apre cos\u00ec un ulteriore canale di vendita per gli esportatori svizzeri nel settore delle costruzioni autostradali in diversi ambiti; che si tratti della fornitura di servizi di ingegneria, della fornitura di macchinari da costruzione o dello sviluppo del sistema di pedaggio.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Il problema dei finanziamenti<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La SERV ha sostenuto il progetto con un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.serv-ch.com\/produkte\/produktefinanzierung\/kaeuferkreditversicherung\/\">Assicurazione del credito dell'acquirente<\/a> per un prestito di 130 milioni di euro e una durata di 13 anni. Questo ha un grande vantaggio per la SSB: la SERV beneficia del rating AAA della Svizzera. Grazie a questo rating, il prestatore ha classificato il rischio della SERV al minimo. Questo ha aiutato SSB a ottenere un finanziamento estremamente interessante con bassi tassi d'interesse.<\/p>\n<p>Da allora SSB \u00e8 diventata un'azienda svizzera di successo e si \u00e8 affermata in Svizzera. Di conseguenza, altri ordini non hanno tardato ad arrivare e nel 2021 SSB ha ricevuto un impegno da SERV per assicurarsi ulteriori esportazioni. Burak Sencer, direttore generale di SSB, spiega: \"In seguito al successo di questa attivit\u00e0 e in linea con il nostro obiettivo di diventare un'azienda globale, siamo molto felici di utilizzare la dinamica industria svizzera in stretta collaborazione con SERV per le future transazioni in tutto il mondo.\"<\/p>\n<h2>Assicurazione su misura<\/h2>\n<p>Come membro attivo della comunit\u00e0 internazionale di finanziamento delle esportazioni, la SERV riunisce gli EPC come SSB e gli esportatori svizzeri. Cos\u00ec facendo, \u00e8 aperto a tutti i paesi, tenendo conto dei principi della politica estera svizzera. A seconda delle esigenze dell'EPC, organizza i fornitori adatti in vari formati, che vanno dai negoziati bilaterali agli eventi pubblici di matchmaking. A tal fine, gli specialisti della SERV dispongono di una buona rete del panorama svizzero delle esportazioni e lavorano a stretto contatto con gli altri attori dell'industria svizzera delle esportazioni.
