Nell'ambito del sondaggio condotto da JobCloud tramite jobs.ch e jobup.ch, pi\u00f9 di 10.000 dipendenti e 800 aziende in Svizzera sono stati interrogati sull'influenza della crisi di Corona sulla ricerca di lavoro o sulla ricerca di personale. Si \u00e8 parlato anche della vaccinazione COVID. Pi\u00f9 di due terzi di tutte le aziende intervistate in Svizzera sarebbero favorevoli alla vaccinazione di tutti i loro dipendenti contro il virus COVID19. Solo poco meno del 10% delle aziende sono contro la vaccinazione dei loro dipendenti. Non c'\u00e8 una differenza significativa in termini di dimensioni dell'azienda su questo argomento.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La met\u00e0 degli impiegati si sente meno sana mentalmente<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La crisi della corona sembra aver avuto un impatto significativo sulla salute dei lavoratori. Per esempio, 41% degli intervistati riferiscono di sentirsi fisicamente peggio dopo la crisi, mentre solo 13% degli intervistati si sentono attualmente meglio fisicamente. Tuttavia, la maggior parte (46%) si sente come prima della crisi. L'impatto sulla salute mentale \u00e8 ancora maggiore. Una persona su due si lamenta di essere in uno stato mentale peggiore di prima della crisi. Tra gli intervistati della Svizzera francese, l'impatto sulla salute mentale e fisica \u00e8 ancora pi\u00f9 significativo, e le donne soffrono generalmente pi\u00f9 degli uomini. Per i lavori d'ufficio, invece, l'impatto negativo sulla salute \u00e8 meno pronunciato, il che contrasta con le professioni pi\u00f9 colpite dalla crisi, come il turismo o il settore sanitario. \"Queste cifre dimostrano che attualmente \u00e8 particolarmente importante garantire una gestione della salute sul lavoro funzionante per i dipendenti. I dipendenti dovrebbero essere seguiti al meglio anche in ufficio, dovrebbe essere garantito un buon equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata e dovrebbe essere offerto un aiuto psicologico in caso di problemi mentali\", dice Davide Villa, CEO di JobCloud.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Il reclutamento \u00e8 rimasto lo stesso o \u00e8 diventato pi\u00f9 difficile<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Entrambe le parti - reclutatori e persone in cerca di lavoro - sentono che la ricerca di personale o di posti di lavoro \u00e8 la stessa o pi\u00f9 difficile di prima della crisi. In particolare, secondo l'attuale sondaggio, il 56% delle aziende ritiene che le sfide siano rimaste pi\u00f9 o meno le stesse e 30% considerano il reclutamento pi\u00f9 difficile. Le medie e grandi imprese hanno pi\u00f9 difficolt\u00e0 a reclutare dipendenti (36% e 34%).
