Il dottor Christian Wilk, cofondatore e precedente CPO di Aequitec, \u00e8 responsabile della guida dell'azienda svizzera dal 1\u00b0 gennaio 2022. Fondata nel 2020, Aequitec ha sviluppato una piattaforma software che permette alle societ\u00e0 per azioni di digitalizzare i loro processi aziendali. Le societ\u00e0 per azioni hanno cos\u00ec l'opportunit\u00e0 di automatizzare e mappare digitalmente le azioni aziendali. Questo permette loro, per esempio, di tenere le loro assemblee generali in modo digitale o ibrido e di digitalizzare il loro registro delle azioni con una connessione globale al sistema finanziario bancario.<\/p>\n<h2>Sviluppato un'applicazione funzionante in pochi mesi<\/h2>\n<p>Christian Wilk porta alla posizione di CEO la sua esperienza pluriennale nelle aree dello sviluppo del business, della gestione dei progetti e della trasformazione digitale, che ha acquisito come consulente di banche universali e di investimento, cos\u00ec come il lavoro di progetto con R3 e Deon Digital a Londra e Zurigo, tra gli altri.
