Viviamo in tempi interessanti. La velocit\u00e0 del cambiamento sta aumentando e le incertezze crescono. E questo \u00e8 destinato ad aumentare. Fin qui, tutto molto conosciuto.<\/p>\n

Profitto o sofferenza? Decidete voi...<\/h2>\n

Come in ogni tempo - che sia stabile o meno - ci sono vincitori e perdenti. Ci sono persone e aziende che tendono a beneficiare delle incertezze e quelle che tendono a soffrire. La buona notizia: a quale gruppo si appartiene \u00e8 in gran parte una scelta. Coloro che sono migliori dei mediocri scelgono consciamente o inconsciamente di vedere le cose in modo diverso e si concentrano su quello che promette le maggiori possibilit\u00e0 di vincere. Per questo, \u00e8 bene sapere in qualche misura quali fattori di successo stanno diventando pi\u00f9 importanti di altri.<\/p>\n

Tre leve imprenditoriali per il successo<\/h2>\n

Ecco tre argomenti che, a mio parere, diventeranno molto pi\u00f9 importanti quest'anno - e dove quindi vi consiglio di considerare come potete diventare pi\u00f9 bravi con il vostro team:<\/p>\n

  1. Attrattiva nel mercato del lavoro. Per le sfide che aumenteranno in futuro, avete bisogno delle persone migliori, soprattutto in termini di pensiero e comportamento. Vedo ancora molte piccole e medie imprese che sono gi\u00e0 felici se hanno tre candidati qualificati per ogni posizione vacante. L'antidoto: aumentare massicciamente la tua attrattiva sul mercato del lavoro. C'\u00e8 tutta una serie di misure possibili per questo. Prima di tutto, \u00e8 importante spostare il problema in alto nella lista delle priorit\u00e0.<\/li>\n
  2. In futuro, saranno sempre meno le risorse disponibili ad essere decisive per il vostro successo, ma la vostra \"intraprendenza\". In linea di principio, questo \u00e8 sempre stato il caso, ma a mio parere si intensificher\u00e0. Come leader, uno dei tuoi compiti \u00e8 quello di promuovere l'intraprendenza nella tua gente. Oltre a selezionare i migliori membri del team (vedi punto 1), questo include anche permettere consapevolmente gli errori e avere il coraggio di andare avanti.<\/li>\n
  3. Quando l'ambiente cambia pi\u00f9 velocemente, \u00e8 ancora pi\u00f9 importante potersi muovere rapidamente. Se aspettate troppo a lungo, le condizioni saranno cambiate di nuovo quando sarete pronti per iniziare. L'alta velocit\u00e0 non ha niente a che vedere con la fretta, ma con l'eliminazione dei ritardi il pi\u00f9 possibile. Questo inizia principalmente nella mente delle tue persone, ma \u00e8 anche fortemente influenzato dai tuoi processi e dal livello di empowerment del tuo team.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
