I materiali potevano essere modellati e i risultati del lavoro raggiunti pi\u00f9 rapidamente.<\/p>\n<h2>Strumenti per l'integrazione professionale<\/h2>\n<p>Oggi, non c'\u00e8 quasi nessuna attivit\u00e0 per la quale non ci siano strumenti, aiuti o programmi corrispondenti. Quando, per malattia, incidente o difetto di nascita, le possibilit\u00e0 non sono sufficienti per far fronte alla complessit\u00e0 del mondo del lavoro?<\/p>\n<p>Le risposte a queste domande saranno fornite al Forum dell'integrazione luned\u00ec 7 marzo 2022 (dalle 16 alle 18) nel Pfalzkeller di San Gallo. Da un lato, i partecipanti saranno introdotti a \"Compasso\" e \"REP\", due strumenti che forniscono informazioni e supporto preziosi affinch\u00e9 i dipendenti possano essere impiegati in modo significativo nonostante le restrizioni temporanee o permanenti. D'altra parte, due casi di studio concreti saranno presentati all'evento per mostrare come l'integrazione ha avuto successo per i datori di lavoro e i dipendenti e quali strumenti sono stati utilizzati per raggiungere questo obiettivo.<\/p>\n<h2>Integrazione del Forum con il Premio Integrazione 2022<\/h2>\n<p>Anche il Premio per l'integrazione 2022 sar\u00e0 presentato all'evento. Sar\u00e0 interessante vedere quale azienda la giuria premier\u00e0 per i suoi sforzi per integrare i giovani con disabilit\u00e0 nel mercato del lavoro primario.<\/p>\n<p>Dopo la parte ufficiale, tutti i partecipanti sono invitati a un aperitivo e hanno l'opportunit\u00e0 di scambiare idee. L'evento \u00e8 organizzato e sostenuto da procap, Suva, obvita, B\u00fchler AG, Migros Kulturprozent e gewerbe st.gallen, tra gli altri. Matthias Fl\u00fcckiger sar\u00e0 il moderatore.
