(Immagine: Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A partire da oggi, 17 febbraio 2022, la raccomandazione dell'ufficio di domicilio appartiene ufficialmente al passato in Svizzera, dopo l'abolizione dell'obbligo dell'ufficio di domicilio. Solo le regole per la protezione dei dipendenti particolarmente vulnerabili rimangono in vigore. Le aziende sono quindi ora libere di decidere se continuare ad accettare l'home office, offrire modelli di lavoro flessibile o richiedere ai loro dipendenti di essere ancora presenti in ufficio. Questo potrebbe ora dare origine ad aspettative diverse, e questo nasconde un potenziale di conflitto. Non tutti hanno il coraggio di uscire allo scoperto con le loro preoccupazioni. Soprattutto quando la gente dice cose come: \"Oh, adesso \u00e8 tutto a posto\". Il ruolo centrale del manager sar\u00e0 quello di prestare attenzione alle interpretazioni molto diverse della situazione attuale e di rendere loro giustizia - nella misura in cui le esigenze operative lo permettono.<\/li>\n<li>Testare nuove soluzioni. I leader dovrebbero avere il coraggio di provare prima i nuovi modelli con la distanza e la presenza e di raccogliere l'esperienza prima di stabilire delle regole. \u00c8 meglio procedere pragmaticamente: provare, riflettere insieme e imparare. Solo allora stabilire una regola.<\/li>\n<li>Ripensare l'ufficio. La gente non viene pi\u00f9 in ufficio per lavorare da sola. Se volete attirarli fuori dall'ufficio domestico, dovete offrire loro una comunit\u00e0. Questo pu\u00f2 essere ottenuto attraverso zone senza zoom e giorni di nuovo design dell'ufficio - senza dover rimodellare l'ufficio, pranzando insieme...<\/li>\n<li>Fiducia invece di obbligo. Le regole obbligatorie sono l'ultima risorsa. \u00c8 meglio discutere insieme e decidere che \"sarebbe bene che tutti fossero l\u00ec insieme il mercoled\u00ec\" piuttosto che obbligare i dipendenti a farlo \"dall'alto\".
