Si parte da un problema per il quale si deve trovare una soluzione. Questo metodo \u00e8 stato sviluppato nel 2009 alla Distance Learning University of Applied Sciences Switzerland da un team di ricerca del focus di ricerca eCollaboration come strumento collaborativo per trovare soluzioni e da allora \u00e8 stato usato con successo in molti progetti. Il metodo SFM funziona in modo tale che un input di argomento viene prima classificato e quindi identificato come un bisogno, un obiettivo o una soluzione. Poi, facendo domande appropriate, si controlla se la catena \"bisogno-obiettivo-soluzione\" pu\u00f2 essere portata in unit\u00e0 con questo presupposto. \u00c8 importante notare che un bisogno deve avere un obiettivo e si deve trovare una soluzione per questo obiettivo. Questa soluzione deve a sua volta soddisfare il bisogno originale. Solo se la relazione triangolare pu\u00f2 essere impostata in un modo che abbia senso, la soluzione pu\u00f2 essere considerata come una soluzione adeguata al problema.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Smart Uffi - l'ufficio intelligente del futuro<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il metodo SFM \u00e8 gi\u00e0 stato usato con successo in molti progetti diversi, come il progetto \"Smart Uffi\" (Smart Office). Si tratta di un progetto di ricerca che la FFHS sta portando avanti insieme alla SUPSI (Scuola universitaria professionale del Ticino). Si tratta di quali soluzioni dovrebbero essere implementate per ottenere un cosiddetto \"Smart Office\" - cio\u00e8 un ufficio intelligente.<\/p>\n<p>In questo senso, smart pu\u00f2 essere interpretato come segue (Fraunhofer Future Conference 2015 a Stoccarda):<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>L'operatore diventa il servito - la tecnologia riconosce ci\u00f2 che qualcuno vuole e agisce direttamente senza chiedere. <\/em>Per esempio, arrivo in ufficio la sera, il portatile si avvia immediatamente e si collega a un forum dove ci si aspetta che io risponda questa sera. Non devo preoccuparmi del login del forum, del nome utente o della password - tutto \u00e8 gi\u00e0 pronto. Posso iniziare a lavorare subito.<\/li>\n<li><em>Le cose non richiedono l'intervento umano. <\/em>Per esempio, sono in movimento e uso un portatile con una connessione WLAN a Internet. Quando cambio luogo, il portatile si connette automaticamente alle reti Wi-Fi senza che io debba comporre o digitare nulla.<\/li>\n<li><em>Viene fatta una scelta flessibile e dipendente dal contesto tra diverse opzioni di azione. <\/em>Per esempio, ho firmato per tre giorni di vacanza. Esattamente in questo periodo, arriva una richiesta su un progetto in cui ho gi\u00e0 investito molto tempo e su cui vorrei lavorare. Ricevo un SMS sul mio cellulare e devo solo dare una rapida conferma che sono dentro - questo genera un'email di risposta. Altre e-mail e richieste che non sono rilevanti per me in quel momento vengono trattenute e aspettano fino a quando non sono di nuovo in ufficio.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Le seguenti affermazioni sono state elicitate come parte di un sondaggio nel progetto Smart Uffi alla FFHS e poi sottoposte a un'analisi SFM assegnando le singole affermazioni di un gruppo a bisogni, obiettivi o soluzioni. Successivamente, si \u00e8 cercato di stabilire le relazioni tra gli elementi.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1198\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1198\" style=\"width: 680px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/organisator.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Die-SFM-Methode-SFM-Analyse-organisator.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1198\" src=\"https:\/\/organisator.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Die-SFM-Methode-SFM-Analyse-organisator.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"245\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1198\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Analisi SFM da un sondaggio sui bisogni infrastrutturali.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Nel grafico si pu\u00f2 leggere una soluzione (verde, linea solida), per il bisogno \"ufficio troppo piccolo\", si pu\u00f2 trovare un obiettivo (sostegno del proprio benessere) e si pu\u00f2 assegnare una soluzione (zone di ufficio pi\u00f9 aperte) - la soluzione sostiene di nuovo retroattivamente il bisogno. Il triangolo di questi elementi pu\u00f2 quindi essere chiuso e rappresenta quindi una soluzione reale e sostenibile.<\/p>\n<p>Per la necessit\u00e0 di \"voler lavorare in piedi\", si pu\u00f2 trovare un obiettivo (il proprio benessere) ma non esiste ancora una soluzione. Deve quindi essere sviluppato: Per esempio, sarebbe possibile un tavolo in piedi con sedie alte, che permetterebbe alle persone di lavorare allo stesso tavolo in piedi o seduti (anche misti). Questo soddisferebbe un altro bisogno (mobili troppo poco flessibili), poich\u00e9 la soluzione (stare in piedi o seduti o entrambi insieme a pi\u00f9 persone) potrebbe aumentare la flessibilit\u00e0 e il proprio benessere.<\/p>\n<p>Il desiderio di un \"proprio iPad\" non rappresenta un bisogno, ma gi\u00e0 una soluzione (poich\u00e9 \u00e8 uno strumento). Tuttavia, non \u00e8 possibile assegnare n\u00e9 un obiettivo n\u00e9 un bisogno, quindi i due elementi devono essere prima cercati. Se questi possono essere trovati in modo significativo, un iPad pu\u00f2 certamente essere una soluzione.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avvicinarsi allo smart office passo dopo passo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In questo modo, sar\u00e0 possibile avvicinarsi allo smart office del futuro passo dopo passo, adattandosi alle esigenze e agli obiettivi dei suoi utenti.
