(Immagine: IVF Hartmann Group)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Le conseguenze della pandemia stanno mettendo sotto pressione anche i risultati del gruppo IVF Hartmann, una delle aziende leader nel campo dei beni di consumo medici in Svizzera. Questo \u00e8 evidente dal bilancio annuale 2021 che \u00e8 stato appena presentato. Il fatturato \u00e8 sceso del 16,7 % a 144,1 milioni di CHF. Il risultato prima degli interessi e delle imposte (EBIT) \u00e8 sceso del 63,8 % a 7,7 milioni di CHF. Il margine EBIT \u00e8 diminuito di 6,9 punti percentuali al 5,3 %. L'utile netto \u00e8 sceso del 65,2 % a 6,2 milioni di franchi dal record di 17,8 milioni dell'anno precedente (esercizio 2019: 12,2 milioni di franchi). Tuttavia, il gruppo IVF Hartmann ha detto che continua ad avere una solida base finanziaria: il rapporto di capitale proprio \u00e8 aumentato di 2,2 punti percentuali su base annua a 79,1 %. Il Consiglio di amministrazione proporr\u00e0 all'Assemblea generale del 2022 un dividendo ordinario di 1,90 franchi per azione nominativa. Nell'anno precedente, la societ\u00e0 aveva pagato un dividendo ordinario di CHF 2.50 e un dividendo per il 150\u00b0 anniversario di CHF 1.00 per azione nominativa.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Prospettive: Previsto un robusto sviluppo delle vendite<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dopo la pandemia di due anni, il gruppo IVF Hartmann si aspetta una graduale normalizzazione degli affari nel 2022. Poich\u00e9 l'azienda ha mantenuto o ampliato le sue quote di mercato nella maggior parte delle aree anche nell'ambiente caratterizzato da Corona, pu\u00f2 cogliere le opportunit\u00e0 che nascono da una posizione di forza, secondo la dichiarazione. C'\u00e8 un alto potenziale di crescita soprattutto nelle aree di applicazione che richiedono una profonda conoscenza specialistica, uno speciale know-how di produzione e un alto livello di familiarit\u00e0 con le esigenze dei clienti. Le intenzioni del gruppo includono anche l'ulteriore avanzamento della digitalizzazione dei servizi. Saranno fornite anche nuove soluzioni logistiche integrali. Completando la piattaforma di approvvigionamento \"Hartmann easy\", il gruppo IVF Hartmann vuole aumentare significativamente le sue vendite generate online. Con questo obiettivo in mente, la cooperazione con noti rivenditori online sar\u00e0 intensificata da un lato, e lo sviluppo delle proprie piattaforme di e-commerce della societ\u00e0 sar\u00e0 spinto dall'altro.<\/p>\n<p>Per l'esercizio 2022, il Gruppo si aspetta un robusto sviluppo delle vendite e un EBIT superiore a quello del 2021.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cambiamento nel consiglio di amministrazione del gruppo IVF Hartmann<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il dottor Rinaldo Riguzzi, 75 anni, ha deciso di non ricandidarsi alla prossima assemblea generale del 26 aprile 2022 dopo 35 anni di grande successo nel gruppo IVF Hartmann (di cui 31 nel consiglio di amministrazione). Il Consiglio di amministrazione proporr\u00e0 inoltre all'Assemblea generale l'elezione della signora Cornelia Ritz Bossicard come nuova presidente del Consiglio di amministrazione. L'assemblea generale annuale si terr\u00e0 secondo l'ordinanza Covid 19 del Consiglio federale, senza la presenza fisica degli azionisti. Quest'anno tutti gli azionisti hanno la possibilit\u00e0 esclusiva di conferire alla procura indipendente (Dr. iur.
