In occasione della giornata internazionale della donna, l'8 marzo, skyguide lascia i cieli della Svizzera soprattutto alle donne controllori del traffico aereo. (Immagine: Skyguide)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Nella giornata internazionale della donna, lo spazio aereo svizzero sar\u00e0 per una volta gestito prevalentemente da controllori del traffico aereo donne. Questo significa che i piloti che atterreranno e decolleranno in uno dei 14 aeroporti o campi d'aviazione in Svizzera marted\u00ec 8 marzo 2022, saranno in gran parte guidati da voci femminili. Questo perch\u00e9 nella giornata internazionale della donna, la maggior parte di coloro che lavorano nella sorveglianza dello spazio aereo, nelle torri degli aeroporti internazionali di Zurigo e Ginevra e nelle torri di controllo degli aeroporti regionali saranno donne. Nella giornata internazionale della donna, l'8 marzo 2022, 50 controllori di volo donna saranno in servizio per tutto il giorno.<\/p>\n

Crescente percentuale di donne a Skyguide<\/h2>\n

In occasione della Giornata Internazionale della Donna, skyguide dimostra cos\u00ec che anche in settori \"maschili\" come l'aviazione, le collaboratrici svolgono un ruolo sempre pi\u00f9 importante. La percentuale di donne impiegate da skyguide \u00e8 aumentata costantemente negli ultimi anni. Quasi una posizione su quattro \u00e8 attualmente occupata da una donna. Inoltre, ci sono due donne nel consiglio di amministrazione esecutivo e tre nel consiglio di amministrazione. Queste cifre dimostrano che le pari opportunit\u00e0 sono praticate, promosse e incrementate in skyguide, per esempio attraverso il lavoro part-time, l'home office e il job sharing.<\/p>\n
