Ma non riescono a realizzarlo negli affari quotidiani. I dirigenti d'azienda spesso si chiedono: qual \u00e8 la ragione? Gli obiettivi erano troppo alti? Abbiamo la squadra sbagliata? I dipendenti non si identificano con l'azienda e i suoi obiettivi? Oppure...? Queste domande sono giustamente poste. Perch\u00e9 solo se i fattori a livello di cultura aziendale che promuovono il (mis)successo sono noti, possono essere influenzati in modo specifico.<\/p>\n<p>La ricerca mostra che <strong>Tre fattori chiave<\/strong> per sviluppare la cultura aziendale:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Il comportamento di manager e supervisori. Hanno una funzione di modello per i loro dipendenti.<\/li>\n<li>Comunicazione e informazione interna. Solo quando i dipendenti sanno quali obiettivi generali l'azienda vuole raggiungere e perch\u00e9, possono orientare il loro comportamento verso questi.<\/li>\n<li>Le possibilit\u00e0 di auto-organizzazione e di azione indipendente. Perch\u00e9 solo quando i dipendenti hanno la libert\u00e0 necessaria per modellare il loro lavoro, possono contribuire attivamente e partecipare alla formazione della cultura aziendale.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>E i dipendenti sono disposti a farlo, purch\u00e9 esistano le condizioni quadro necessarie. Non solo mostrano che la maggior parte dei dipendenti sono insoddisfatti della cultura della loro azienda, ma anche che vorrebbero partecipare attivamente a cambiarla.<\/p>\n<p>In questo contesto, si pu\u00f2 solo raccomandare alla direzione superiore delle aziende di occuparsi attivamente della cultura aziendale. Il primo passo dovrebbe sempre essere quello di chiedersi in una sorta di analisi as-is, per esempio:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cosa rende unica la nostra azienda, la mia area o il mio dipartimento?<\/li>\n<li>Quali sono le ragioni delle prestazioni speciali delle persone nella nostra organizzazione?<\/li>\n<li>Cosa sono gli inibitori e i facilitatori dell'apprendimento?<\/li>\n<li>Come si ottiene la motivazione? Cosa demotiva i dipendenti?<\/li>\n<li>Quali valori esemplificano i leader? Quali sono quelli che io stesso esemplifico?<\/li>\n<li>Quali sono i tab\u00f9 di pensiero e di comportamento?<\/li>\n<li>Quali paure hanno i dipendenti?<\/li>\n<li>Quali norme e valori modellano il modo in cui il personale interagisce e si comporta?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In una seconda fase, i manager possono chiedersi fino a che punto le risposte si discostano dai loro obiettivi o da quelli dell'azienda.
