La sua famosa citazione, \"The business of business is business\", pu\u00f2 essere vista oggi, mezzo secolo dopo, come una bella contraddizione con gli sviluppi attuali. Quello che a prima vista pu\u00f2 sembrare uno sforzo sproporzionato pu\u00f2, tuttavia, ripagare molte aziende anche a livello economico.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Numerosi vantaggi dell'approvvigionamento sostenibile<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dopo tutto, un processo di approvvigionamento completamente sostenibile non solo salva le aziende dai rischi ambientali. Heckmann spiega: \"La gestione della catena di approvvigionamento orientata al futuro pu\u00f2 portare ad un aumento della percezione esterna delle aziende e quindi migliorare significativamente la sua percezione pubblica\". Tra le altre cose, le aziende ne beneficiano realizzando guadagni di efficienza, promuovendo la reputazione dell'azienda e producendo prodotti innovativi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Catena di approvvigionamento agile e trasparente<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Oltre alla conservazione a lungo termine delle risorse, la maggior parte delle aziende oggi d\u00e0 grande valore all'agilit\u00e0 della loro catena di approvvigionamento. \"Una catena di approvvigionamento agile significa essere in grado di reagire in modo flessibile ai cambiamenti come azienda per riconoscere tempestivamente le innovazioni sul mercato o il potenziale di innovazione e utilizzarle a proprio vantaggio\", spiega Heckmann. Per permettere una comunicazione comprensibile e reazioni rapide da tutte le parti coinvolte, una catena di approvvigionamento agile dovrebbe essere digitalizzata e progettata per essere il pi\u00f9 trasparente possibile. \"Pi\u00f9 la catena di approvvigionamento \u00e8 trasparente, pi\u00f9 velocemente e meglio il cambiamento pu\u00f2 essere implementato\", dice Heckmann. Una cultura della comunicazione aperta all'interno dell'azienda \u00e8 anche di centrale importanza in questo contesto.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Innovazione negli acquisti<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Nello sviluppo verso una maggiore sostenibilit\u00e0 nella propria azienda e specialmente negli acquisti, la cooperazione con i fornitori e le filiali \u00e8 cruciale. Pu\u00f2 essere utile lavorare con fornitori che non sono solo innovativi, ma anche in linea con la vostra filosofia aziendale in termini di comportamento etico. Se anche i fornitori vogliono promuovere attivamente il cambiamento, \u00e8 pi\u00f9 facile come azienda parteciparvi. E in generale, il reparto acquisti \u00e8 anche di grande importanza quando si tratta del processo verso una maggiore sostenibilit\u00e0: \"Come blocco centrale dell'edificio aziendale, gli acquisti sono spesso al centro dell'innovazione e del cambiamento all'interno di un'azienda\", sottolinea Heckmann.
