In \"speed speech\" di non pi\u00f9 di 10 minuti ciascuno, gli oltre 40 ospiti hanno ricevuto input su sostenibilit\u00e0, cultura e responsabilit\u00e0 aziendale. L'evento si \u00e8 svolto presso la sede di Felfel AG, giovane ed emergente societ\u00e0 di catering (motto \"Good Food at Work\"), a Zurigo-Binz.<\/p>\n<h3>Il successo imprenditoriale: una questione di cultura<\/h3>\n<p>Dopo una breve introduzione della padrona di casa Barbara R\u00fcttimann, \u00e8 iniziato il primo breve intervento. Anna Grassler, co-direttrice generale di Felfel, ha fornito una breve panoramica sulla cultura aziendale della giovane azienda, che \u00e8 gi\u00e0 stata in grado di ispirare molti clienti aziendali con un concetto di ristorazione innovativo. Ha sottolineato che la cultura non pu\u00f2 essere standardizzata. La felicit\u00e0 sul lavoro garantisce il rendimento e lascia spazio a soluzioni individuali. Le aziende premiate dimostrano che la responsabilit\u00e0 sociale e il successo imprenditoriale non si escludono a vicenda, ma piuttosto dipendono l'uno dall'altro.<\/p>\n<h3>Il benessere nella pratica<\/h3>\n<p>Caroline W\u00fcest, amministratore delegato dell'azienda produttrice di saune Klafs AG, ha presentato agli ospiti un \"ABC del benessere\": dalla A come \"Alzarsi al mattino\" alla Z \"Andare a letto soddisfatti\", ha elencato come si possano creare delle vere e proprie \"zone di benessere\" nella vita di tutti i giorni con poco sforzo, ad esempio con un'alimentazione consapevole, la pazienza o l'organizzazione, che in ultima analisi possono portare a una maggiore qualit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Josephine Herzig di B Lab Switzerland, un'organizzazione no-profit che supporta le aziende nell'implementazione di concetti di sostenibilit\u00e0, ha evidenziato i fattori di successo che lo rendono possibile: Un'azienda \u00e8 come un'orchestra che ha bisogno di un direttore. Le idee devono crescere, proprio come una barriera corallina. L'oratore ha paragonato la creazione di sistemi di incentivi a \"carote e bastoni\".<\/p>\n<p>Oliver Hauri, CEO del produttore di mobili per ufficio Haworth Svizzera, ha parlato del cambiamento di mentalit\u00e0 negli uffici dopo l'era Corona. Per le aziende \u00e8 ora importante creare negli uffici zone liberamente selezionabili per i diversi scenari di lavoro. E infine, ma non meno importante, i mobili sono anche all'insegna della sostenibilit\u00e0: prodotti a livello regionale, realizzati con materie prime rinnovabili e riciclabili.<\/p>\n<h3>Quando il boccone si blocca in gola per un momento durante il pranzo di lavoro...<\/h3>\n<p>La biologa marina Silvia Frey \u00e8 stata l'ultima relatrice a fornire spunti di riflessione. Ha sottolineato l'importanza degli oceani per l'equilibrio globale del clima, della fauna e della flora. \"Se non interveniamo sui cambiamenti climatici, due terzi delle creature degli oceani moriranno entro la fine di questo secolo\", ha avvertito. Ha inoltre lanciato un appello a limitare il consumo di pesce di mare, tanto pi\u00f9 che la Svizzera \u00e8 un classico Paese senza sbocchi sul mare. Tuttavia, il pesce \u00e8 molto apprezzato, come dimostrano le statistiche live di Felfel: quel giorno un piatto con salmone affumicato era in cima alla lista...<\/p>\n<p>In seguito, gli ospiti interessati hanno avuto l'opportunit\u00e0 di conoscere ancora meglio l'azienda Felfel durante un tour.
