L'Associazione svizzera dei capomastri (SBC) ha pubblicato l'indagine salariale 2022. Ci\u00f2 dimostra che i lavoratori dell'edilizia principale riceveranno in media 6.204 franchi al mese o 80.652 franchi all'anno nel 2022. Secondo questo dato, i salari del personale di cantiere sono aumentati di 1,5% rispetto al 2021. Secondo l'SBC, questo \u00e8 il risultato delle buone prestazioni individuali dei singoli dipendenti e non degli accordi salariali collettivi. Nel 2021, l'inflazione era pari a 0,6%. Ci\u00f2 significa che l'aumento dei salari supera l'inflazione e che il potere d'acquisto \u00e8 aumentato. I salari reali erano gi\u00e0 cresciuti negli anni precedenti.<\/p>\n

L'indagine salariale 2022 \u00e8 stata condotta alla fine di febbraio, quella dell'anno precedente alla fine di luglio. L'industria edile principale \u00e8 un'industria stagionale, per cui in inverno lavora meno gente che in estate. A causa di queste diverse date di rilevazione, la crescita dei salari \u00e8 leggermente aumentata dal punto di vista statistico, ossia di 0,2-0,3 punti percentuali. Tuttavia, questo non riguarda il personale qualificato, perch\u00e9 c'\u00e8 una grave carenza di lavoratori qualificati in queste professioni.<\/p>\n

Diversi profili professionali nell'edilizia<\/h3>\n

Nel settore dell'edilizia principale esistono diverse professioni che variano in termini di responsabilit\u00e0, ma anche di prestazioni e di salario, spiega ancora l'SBC. Gli operai della classe salariale C ricevono 4.959 franchi svizzeri al mese, i muratori con certificato di apprendistato EFZ della classe salariale Q 6.148 franchi svizzeri e i capisquadra 7.908 franchi svizzeri. In tutta la Svizzera, il salario medio del personale di cantiere \u00e8 di 6.204 franchi. Poich\u00e9 il costo della vita varia da un luogo all'altro, anche i salari medi variano da un cantone all'altro, da 5.677 a 6.434 franchi.<\/p>\n

La formazione continua come fattore salariale centrale<\/b><\/h3>\n

L'SBC prosegue affermando che, oltre alle proprie prestazioni, il perfezionamento professionale \u00e8 il fattore centrale per un aumento salariale. La formazione continua rimane il mezzo pi\u00f9 importante per sviluppare il proprio stipendio, ma anche le proprie competenze e responsabilit\u00e0. Grazie alla formazione continua, si passa a una categoria salariale superiore; tale salto \u00e8 ripagato con una media di circa 600 franchi al mese.<\/p>\n

I capomastri si appellano ai sindacati<\/h3>\n

Gli aumenti salariali su base individuale soddisfano le esigenze dei lavoratori e dei datori di lavoro. I salari devono premiare le prestazioni individuali e motivare lo sviluppo personale. Agli occhi dei capomastri, questo \u00e8 il modo giusto per reclutare giovani talenti e trattenere lavoratori qualificati. La SBC si appella quindi ai sindacati affinch\u00e9 prendano atto di questo aumento salariale nel 2022 e lo comunichino ai dipendenti in modo trasparente e basato sui fatti. Le imprese devono continuare a decidere autonomamente come ricompensare le prestazioni lavorative e in che misura compensare l'inflazione.<\/p>\n
