(Immagine: Unsplash.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Anche se la trasparenza salariale \u00e8 sempre pi\u00f9 promossa in Svizzera e desiderata dalle persone in cerca di lavoro, lo studio di JobCloud in collaborazione con l'Istituto LINK ha dimostrato che 61% delle aziende intervistate non sono attualmente disposte a divulgare pubblicamente i salari dei propri dipendenti. Nel complesso, solo un terzo delle aziende sarebbe disposto a compiere questo passo. Le grandi aziende e le microimprese mostrano maggiore disponibilit\u00e0 in questa direzione. \"Probabilmente per le grandi aziende \u00e8 pi\u00f9 facile perch\u00e9 hanno processi salariali strutturati, ad esempio sotto forma di fasce salariali definite\", spiega Davide Villa, CEO di JobCloud.<\/p>\n<h3>Differenziarsi attraverso la trasparenza salariale<\/h3>\n<p>Se le aziende si esprimono contro la trasparenza degli stipendi, secondo l'indagine ben 60% lo fanno perch\u00e9 la trasparenza degli stipendi non \u00e8 ancora garantita nemmeno all'interno dell'azienda. Quasi 30% sono contrari perch\u00e9 gli stipendi dei dipendenti sono molto diversi. \"Le aziende che comunicano in modo trasparente i propri salari possono distinguersi dagli altri datori di lavoro nel processo di assunzione e quindi ricevere pi\u00f9 candidature adeguate. Un vantaggio della trasparenza salariale nell'annuncio di lavoro \u00e8 che solo i candidati che sono d'accordo con la retribuzione dichiarata faranno domanda\", continua Villa.<\/p>\n<h3>Cultura in un numero sempre maggiore di aziende<\/h3>\n<p>Un'area dello studio riguarda la cultura aziendale e il modo in cui i dipendenti interagiscono tra loro. Qui, una cultura informale \"Du\" sembra diventare sempre pi\u00f9 prevalente. Complessivamente, tre quarti hanno dichiarato che in azienda si coltiva una cultura \"Du\", in cui \u00e8 evidente una chiara differenza culturale tra la Svizzera tedesca e quella francese: Mentre gli 81% della Svizzera tedesca utilizzano il \"Du\", \"solo\" i 62% dall'altra parte del R\u00f6stigraben lo fanno. Nella Svizzera francese si fa una distinzione molto pi\u00f9 marcata in base al livello gerarchico - 27% affermano che dipende dal livello gerarchico, mentre nella Svizzera tedesca questo ruolo \u00e8 svolto solo da 11%. La cultura del \"tu\" \u00e8 meno diffusa nelle grandi aziende (70%), mentre \u00e8 pi\u00f9 comune nelle piccole aziende (81% nelle micro e 84% nelle piccole).<\/p>\n<h3>L'employer branding \u00e8 un problema anche per le piccole imprese<\/h3>\n<p>Lo studio mostra anche che, sebbene l'employer branding sia molto utilizzato dalle aziende, il suo pieno potenziale non \u00e8 ancora stato sfruttato. Poco meno della met\u00e0 dei responsabili delle risorse umane intervistati ha dichiarato che l'employer branding \u00e8 importante o molto importante per le assunzioni. Questo valore aumenta con l'aumentare delle dimensioni dell'azienda. Al contrario, il 19% degli intervistati non attribuisce alcuna o quasi alcuna importanza al proprio employer brand.
