Se volete che i dipendenti, un tempo uguali, riconoscano la loro autorit\u00e0, rendeteli consapevoli del cambiamento nella cooperazione e demarcate il lavoro dalla vita privata. Non favorire i colleghi amichevoli per non danneggiare la motivazione del personale o perdere il rispetto come leader.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Imparare a delegare<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Con la posizione pi\u00f9 alta, aumenta anche l'area di responsabilit\u00e0. Per portare avanti i singoli progetti, devi distribuire i compiti alla tua squadra.
