Per la prima volta, il fact check di Perikom fornisce un quadro preciso della situazione della comunicazione interna nelle grandi aziende svizzere. Il sondaggio \u00e8 stato richiesto a 150 aziende. Solo quattro dei cento pi\u00f9 grandi non hanno voluto fornire alcuna informazione.<\/p>\n

Quali sono i canali pi\u00f9 importanti?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Perikom ha posto una domanda volutamente aperta sul \"lead medium\" nella comunicazione interna. La gamma di risposte \u00e8 stata ampia: 60 aziende hanno indicato \"intranet\" senza una specificazione precisa, alcune hanno aggiunto e specificato \"e-mail ai dipendenti\", \"rivista online\", \"schermi informativi\" o \"webcast\". Solo quattro aziende hanno dichiarato di lavorare con le app o di aver gi\u00e0 portato la intranet sugli smartphone dei dipendenti. Tuttavia, a domanda, molte aziende hanno in programma di farlo.<\/p>\n

Il giornale del personale \u00e8 stato indicato come unico mezzo di comunicazione principale nel 20% dei casi. Se si includono le doppie menzioni, il giornale stampato dei dipendenti \u00e8 ancora considerato il mezzo principale dal 40%. La categoria dei media offline deve includere anche la classica bacheca, che \u00e8 stata ancora indicata come mezzo principale da cinque aziende.<\/p>\n

Comunicare e parlare <\/strong><\/p>\n

Se si chiedono gli equivalenti a tempo pieno (FTE), solo undici grandi aziende dichiarano una spesa superiore al cinque per cento per la comunicazione interna.
