(Immagine: Fotolia.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Diverse organizzazioni di persone con disabilit\u00e0 affronteranno il tema della crisi mentale - percorsi di ritorno al lavoro luned\u00ec 13 marzo 2017 al Forum nel Pfalzkeller di San Gallo. Secondo il Prof. Dr.med. Wolfram Kawohl, primario e responsabile di Psichiatria e Psicoterapia presso il Servizio Psichiatrico di Argovia - presente al forum - \u00e8 possibile continuare a lavorare nonostante la malattia mentale in molti pi\u00f9 casi di quanto si pensasse finora. Il campo di applicazione pu\u00f2 essere modificato per creare una migliore corrispondenza tra dipendente e luogo di lavoro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crisi mentale: cosa fare?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C'\u00e8 incertezza dappertutto. La persona interessata teme di perdere il posto di lavoro, il supervisore teme di sollevare un argomento delicato, il terapeuta teme di violare la riservatezza. Spesso l'AI viene erroneamente percepita come un avversario invece che come un partner. Una conversazione pu\u00f2 andare male, ma di solito non \u00e8 cos\u00ec. Esempi pratici con i partecipanti presenti, insieme a consigli di esperti ed esperienze del pubblico, mostrano le modalit\u00e0 di ritorno. Il gruppo di esperti \u00e8 composto da esperti dei settori del job coaching, della psichiatria, dell'integrazione professionale dell'AI, del diritto e delle assicurazioni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registrati ora<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per la nona volta, il Forum di San Gallo al Pfalzkeller \u00e8 dedicato al tema dell'integrazione lavorativa delle persone con disabilit\u00e0. L'evento \u00e8 rivolto principalmente ai datori di lavoro delle PMI regionali. Durante l'aperitivo, i rappresentanti di tutte le organizzazioni e gli esperti saranno a disposizione per rispondere alle domande dei partecipanti. Il forum \u00e8 organizzato da Profil Arbeit &amp; Handicap, Obvita, dreischiibe, Procap e Suva e sostenuto dall'IV, dalla SVA, dall'Associazione dei datori di lavoro, da Gewerbe St. Gallen, dalla Camera di commercio e dell'industria e da \"Wirtschaft Region St. L'evento inizier\u00e0 alle 18.00 nel Pfalzkeller.
