ISS, societ\u00e0 internazionale di servizi di facility management e workplace experience, ha presentato i risultati dell'ultima ISS Pulse Survey. L'indagine \u00e8 stata condotta in 20 Paesi tra i 100 clienti internazionali di ISS, che rappresentano oltre un milione di lavoratori d'ufficio di vari settori industriali in tutto il mondo. L'indagine si \u00e8 basata sulla tesi che le priorit\u00e0 delle aziende per quanto riguarda le postazioni di lavoro in ufficio sono cambiate notevolmente negli ultimi anni. Mentre l'ultimo sondaggio ISS prima della pandemia Covid ha classificato l'efficienza operativa e il risparmio sui costi tra le principali priorit\u00e0 nella pianificazione e nell'operativit\u00e0 degli uffici, oggi i dipendenti, la loro assunzione e la loro fidelizzazione sono le principali priorit\u00e0. Quasi due terzi delle aziende intervistate stanno investendo negli uffici a questo scopo.<\/p>\n

Svolgimento in ufficio<\/h3>\n

Jacob Aarup-Andersen, CEO del Gruppo ISS World Services A\/S: \"L'equilibrio di potere nei mercati del lavoro globali si \u00e8 spostato dai datori di lavoro ai lavoratori. La pandemia ha ulteriormente accelerato i modelli di lavoro ibridi e le aspettative di flessibilit\u00e0 dei dipendenti. La nuova sfida per i datori di lavoro consiste nel rispondere a queste aspettative in modo da soddisfare le esigenze di produttivit\u00e0 sia dei dipendenti che dell'azienda. Non si tratta di sapere se i dipendenti sono in ufficio, ma piuttosto di capire come possono prosperare, innovare e collaborare. Attualmente vediamo molte aziende che stanno ridefinendo i loro spazi di lavoro per adattarsi a modelli di lavoro ibridi e anche alle preferenze personali dei dipendenti. Si concentrano sia sull'ambiente fisico in cui le persone lavorano sia sull'esperienza che vivono quando entrano in ufficio\".<\/p>\n

Lo spazio per gli uffici non sar\u00e0 ridotto<\/h3>\n

L'indagine mostra anche che la maggior parte delle aziende (69%) non sta attualmente pianificando di ridimensionare i propri uffici. Le aziende che hanno deciso di ridimensionarsi sulla scia dell'home office stanno allo stesso tempo investendo nella cultura aziendale e nell'esperienza sul posto di lavoro per migliorare l'innovazione e la collaborazione tra i dipendenti. Jacob Aarup-Andersen: \"Nonostante i diversi approcci alla questione dell'impronta ambientale degli immobili, l'obiettivo di fidelizzare i dipendenti rimane. Non esiste un unico modello quando si tratta di progettare il luogo di lavoro del futuro: deve essere adatto all'azienda e ai dipendenti. Una cosa \u00e8 certa: le previsioni sulla scomparsa dell'ufficio erano esagerate. Il mondo dell'ufficio continua a cambiare<\/h3>\n

Per Andr\u00e9 Nauer, CEO di ISS Svizzera, \u00e8 indiscutibile che \"soprattutto nel contesto del 'New Normal', gli ambienti di lavoro continueranno a cambiare. Diventeranno pi\u00f9 colorati, pi\u00f9 accoglienti, pi\u00f9 comunicativi e favoriranno la collaborazione tra i dipendenti\". ISS, uno dei principali fornitori di facility management in Svizzera, \u00e8 specializzato in consulenza, progettazione di luoghi e spazi di lavoro, gestione energetica, salute e sicurezza e gestione ambientale.
