Ma come si pu\u00f2 fare in modo che anche i dipendenti si assumano le proprie responsabilit\u00e0? (Immagine: Pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Mi imbatto continuamente in questa domanda: \"Come posso far s\u00ec che i miei collaboratori si assumano maggiori responsabilit\u00e0?\". Il significato \u00e8 chiaro: quando qualcuno si assume la piena responsabilit\u00e0, non ci sono colpe, le cose si fanno pi\u00f9 velocemente, posso sempre contare sull'altra persona e cos\u00ec via. \u00c8 vero che la maggior parte delle persone ama assumersi le proprie responsabilit\u00e0. \u00c8 solo che ne sono costantemente privati, anche dal loro manager.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 un po' come la motivazione: la maggior parte delle persone \u00e8 motivata. Sono demotivati sempre e solo dagli altri, soprattutto dal loro capo. Quindi la domanda cruciale \u00e8: cosa state facendo per sottrarre responsabilit\u00e0 alle vostre persone senza rendervene conto? Ecco tre comportamenti importanti che indicano come si addestrano gli altri a essere irresponsabili senza accorgersene (e cosa si pu\u00f2 fare al riguardo):<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. troppe istruzioni<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Regole, processi e istruzioni hanno senso. Ma allo stesso tempo riducono il senso di responsabilit\u00e0. Perch\u00e9 non <em>I<\/em> Ho preso questa o quella decisione. Ma era il processo o l'istruzione!<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 meglio che definire regole e processi a livello centrale per lasciare che i responsabili elaborino insieme i modi migliori. La regola \u00e8: il pi\u00f9 semplice possibile per la maggior parte delle attivit\u00e0 importanti. Spesso vedo che l'80% dello sforzo viene speso per le eccezioni del 3%.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. conoscere meglio tutto<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ogni volta che fate capire all'altra persona che sapete qualcosa di meglio o che potete aggiungere qualcosa ai risultati del suo lavoro (\"Perch\u00e9 non fai questo e quello?\"), le togliete la responsabilit\u00e0. Dopo tutto, l'idea \u00e8 nata da voi, non dall'altra persona.<\/p>\n<p>Pertanto: accettate i risultati, anche se potreste fare un po' meglio. Il vostro obiettivo deve essere quello di accrescere il senso di responsabilit\u00e0, non di effettuare un'ottimizzazione della vergogna per motivi di ego.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. non ascoltare<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Non ascoltando bene, si fa capire all'altro che quello che sta dicendo non \u00e8 importante. Cos\u00ec l'altra persona si assumer\u00e0 automaticamente meno responsabilit\u00e0. Perch\u00e9 semplicemente: Non \u00e8 importante.<\/p>\n<p>Suggerimento: ascoltate e fate domande, anche se il problema non vi sembra cos\u00ec importante. Ponendo buone domande aperte, si pu\u00f2 sviluppare enormemente il pensiero degli altri, in modo che possano assumersi maggiori responsabilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Queste tre idee richiedono un cambiamento delle convinzioni e dei comportamenti del manager.
