Al momento sono i candidati a decidere dove andare e conoscono il loro valore di mercato. Anche il reclutamento su LinkedIn sta diventando sempre pi\u00f9 importante. Ma un post noioso del tipo \"Stiamo cercando... Candidati ora!\" non attira pi\u00f9 personale qualificato da dietro il laptop, soprattutto se il resto della presenza su LinkedIn non \u00e8 pienamente sviluppato. I cestini di frutta e il calcio balilla come vantaggi non fanno punti da molto tempo.<\/p>\n<p>\"Ci\u00f2 che conta \u00e8 una visione trasparente dei valori aziendali e della vita lavorativa di tutti i giorni\", afferma Philipp Schultz, Head of Content and Account Management di <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reachin.network\">Rete ReachIn<\/a>un'agenzia specializzata di Berlino che si dedica esclusivamente al marketing LinkedIn a 360 gradi. I potenziali professionisti si vedono con un datore di lavoro solo quando si ritrovano personalmente nella sua presentazione su LinkedIn. Tuttavia, se le aziende vogliono pubblicare annunci di lavoro puri, il contenuto precedente dell'account aziendale deve brillare per originalit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<h3>L'extra efficace nel reclutamento su LinkedIn<\/h3>\n<p>Particolarmente efficace: i dipendenti condividono l'annuncio di lavoro pubblicato con un proprio commento. LinkedIn privilegia ancora i profili personali nell'outreach.
