Nove dipendenti su dieci in Germania vogliono avere la possibilit\u00e0 di tornare da un lavoro part-time a una posizione a tempo pieno. Ci\u00f2 rende tale diritto la misura pi\u00f9 importante per i lavoratori qualificati in Germania per conciliare famiglia e carriera. \u00c8 quanto ha scoperto la borsa lavoro online StepStone in un sondaggio condotto su circa 5.000 professionisti e manager. Lo studio mostra anche che il 28% delle donne intervistate ha intenzione di assumere un ruolo dirigenziale in futuro. Quasi il 60% di tutti i dipendenti part-time ritiene di poter ricoprire adeguatamente una posizione dirigenziale di responsabilit\u00e0 anche con un orario ridotto.<\/p>\n

Fino a 1,5 milioni di lavoratori part-time lavorerebbero a tempo pieno<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Le donne altamente qualificate, in particolare, vogliono fare la differenza nel loro lavoro, anche se vogliono o devono lavorare temporaneamente a tempo parziale. La nostra ricerca di mercato ha dimostrato che quattro donne su dieci passerebbero al tempo pieno se la cura dei bambini potesse essere organizzata in modo ottimale. La disponibilit\u00e0 a lavorare di pi\u00f9 \u00e8 quindi aumentata di altri dieci punti percentuali rispetto al sondaggio dell'anno precedente\", afferma Simone Reif, amministratore delegato di StepStone.de. \"\u00c8 una buona notizia per l'economia, perch\u00e9 in tempi di scarsit\u00e0 di manodopera qualificata le aziende dipendono da queste donne\". Secondo le stime di StepStone, il numero di donne che lavorerebbero a tempo pieno in condizioni adeguate \u00e8 di 1,5 milioni solo tra i professionisti e i manager.<\/p>\n

Come uscire dalla trappola del part-time <\/strong><\/p>\n

L'orario di lavoro flessibile \u00e8 un must per il 95% degli intervistati. Le donne vorrebbero che il datore di lavoro le sostenesse con un'ulteriore formazione per prepararle a una posizione manageriale, nonch\u00e9 con misure per la promozione mirata dei dipendenti part-time. Quasi due terzi delle professioniste si sono trovate ad affrontare altre mansioni dopo il rientro dal congedo familiare - il 28% ha poi assunto lavori meno impegnativi. Pi\u00f9 della met\u00e0 delle donne ritiene che l'interruzione della carriera abbia danneggiato la loro carriera. Questo ha anche conseguenze finanziarie: il 60% prevede effetti negativi sul proprio stipendio a lungo termine.<\/p>\n

In Svizzera: pi\u00f9 donne manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

In Svizzera, invece, la comunit\u00e0 imprenditoriale sta riuscendo a occupare un numero significativamente maggiore di posti vacanti nei consigli di amministrazione con donne. La percentuale di donne nei consigli di amministrazione dei 100 maggiori datori di lavoro svizzeri \u00e8 passata da 6 % a 8 %, e di tutte le nuove nomine nei consigli di amministrazione 21 % erano donne - nell'anno precedente solo 4 %. Anche nei consigli di amministrazione delle societ\u00e0, 21% dei mandati aperti sono stati ricoperti da una donna, portando la percentuale di donne a 17%. Questo \u00e8 quanto emerge dall'ultimo \"schillingreport\" dello specialista in ricerca di personale Guido Schilling AG.
