La carenza di lavoratori qualificati in Svizzera \u00e8 in aumento, soprattutto nel settore tecnico. I primi due posti dello Swiss Skilled Worker Shortage Index sono occupati dalle professioni ingegneristiche e informatiche. Tuttavia, le sfide attuali della Svizzera non possono essere affrontate senza i giusti lavoratori qualificati. Al momento l'attenzione \u00e8 rivolta soprattutto all'approvvigionamento energetico della Svizzera e alla relativa espansione delle energie rinnovabili: i record di temperatura, l'incombente penuria e il rapido aumento dei prezzi dei combustibili fossili e dell'elettricit\u00e0 rendono ancora pi\u00f9 urgente la transizione energetica. \"Per attuare la transizione energetica, abbiamo bisogno di ingegneri ben formati e innovativi\", afferma Ruth Schmitt, responsabile della formazione dell'UASTE. \"Per questo offriamo ai diplomati delle scuole superiori un nuovo percorso diretto verso l'universit\u00e0 a partire dal semestre autunnale del 2022. In questo modo, vogliamo attirare pi\u00f9 giovani verso una formazione tecnica\". E questo percorso conduce a una laurea di primo livello integrata con la pratica.<\/p>\n

Programma di doppio diploma di laurea per diplomati<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Gli studenti che vogliono studiare in una scuola universitaria tecnica non devono necessariamente avere un apprendistato tecnico. Sono ammessi anche i possessori di maturit\u00e0 che, prima di iniziare gli studi, abbiano maturato almeno un anno di esperienza pratica nel mondo del lavoro, in linea con il corso di laurea scelto. A partire dal semestre autunnale del 2022, i diplomati delle scuole superiori dell'UASNW potranno iniziare direttamente i loro studi tecnici, accumulando parallelamente un'esperienza lavorativa pratica. Questo \u00e8 possibile grazie a un progetto pilota del governo federale: Il diploma di laurea integrato nella pratica (PiBS) \u00e8 stato lanciato come parte di un pacchetto di misure per combattere la carenza di lavoratori qualificati nel settore MINT (matematica, informatica, scienze naturali e tecnologia).<\/p>\n

Il PiBS \u00e8 un programma di formazione duale: Gli studenti frequentano i moduli di studio presso la FHNW e lavorano 40% presso un'azienda partner del settore industriale e commerciale. A tal fine, si divide la settimana in giornate di studio e di stage oppure si studia per fasi nel modello a tempo pieno e si trascorrono fasi pratiche pi\u00f9 lunghe in azienda. I contenuti di studio sono gli stessi di un programma triennale a tempo pieno. Un corso di laurea integrato nella pratica dura di solito quattro anni, ma offre un grande vantaggio, secondo l'UASNW: \"Gli studenti della maturit\u00e0 iniziano la loro vita professionale e i loro studi allo stesso tempo. Questo permette loro di applicare subito nella pratica ci\u00f2 che hanno imparato e, viceversa, di portare l'esperienza pratica nei loro studi quotidiani. Per esempio, nei progetti degli studenti, una parte centrale di ogni corso di laurea della Scuola di Ingegneria della FHNW: a partire dal primo semestre, gli studenti lavorano in team per realizzare incarichi concreti provenienti dall'industria\", dice Ruth Schmitt.<\/p>\n

I primi posti di studio iniziano nell'autunno 2022<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Chi desidera iscriversi a un corso di laurea integrato nella pratica PiBS deve stipulare un contratto di formazione con un'azienda per l'intera durata del corso di laurea. Brugg Cables e Pfiffner Messwandler sono due delle prime aziende partner a offrire stage a diplomati che hanno deciso di iniziare un programma di studi duale in elettrotecnica e informatica, tecnologia energetica e ambientale o ingegneria meccanica nell'autunno 2022. Brugg Cables \u00e8 attiva a livello internazionale nel settore dei sistemi con cavi e accessori per alta, media e bassa tensione. Il reparto di ricerca e sviluppo dell'azienda lavora costantemente a nuovi prodotti innovativi per i livelli di tensione pi\u00f9 elevati e per il complesso cablaggio dei sistemi di alimentazione. L'azienda si trova a pochi passi dall'Universit\u00e0 di Scienze Applicate della FHNW, ma \u00e8 collegata in rete a livello globale. Pfiffner Messwandler, invece, sviluppa, produce e vende prodotti e soluzioni per i clienti nel campo della tecnologia energetica con circa 220 dipendenti. \"Nel settore energetico ci attendono grandi sfide tecniche. Per poterli padroneggiare, abbiamo bisogno di giovani che possano plasmare le reti del futuro con le loro idee\", afferma il Dr. J\u00fcrgen Bernauer, CEO dell'azienda, a proposito della motivazione di sostenere i futuri studenti nelle loro carriere.<\/p>\n
