Stipendi nell'ICT 2022: nonostante la spinta alla digitalizzazione, gli stipendi rimangono stabili ad un livello elevato. (Grafico: Swiss ICT)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Nonostante l'aumento della domanda, con la crescente digitalizzazione degli ultimi anni, e contrariamente alle aspettative comuni, gli stipendi nel settore ICT rimangono sostanzialmente stabili per il 2022. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 confermato dallo studio annuale sui salari pubblicato da SwissICT. Tenendo conto dell'inflazione (al 01 maggio '22), gli stipendi sono addirittura in leggero calo, secondo lo studio. Le possibili spiegazioni di questo sviluppo sono, da un lato, il reclutamento di talenti che devono ancora essere promossi e, dall'altro, lo spostamento dei livelli di competenza all'interno dei profili professionali agili. Per le PMI e le microimprese, questo garantisce un accesso continuo agli specialisti delle TIC. Le retribuzioni rimangono stabili in tutti i settori.<\/p>\n

Tuttavia, un'analisi differenziata mostra che il numero di menzioni e l'aumento del livello salariale sono particolarmente evidenti per gli stipendi pi\u00f9 bassi. Ci\u00f2 potrebbe indicare che, a causa della carenza di lavoratori qualificati, sono stati assunti pi\u00f9 nuovi arrivati, che hanno potuto beneficiare di un salario pi\u00f9 alto rispetto al passato. Resta da vedere cosa ci diranno i dati del 2023 sugli ulteriori sviluppi.<\/p>\n

Crescita dei profili professionali agili<\/h3>\n

Come nelle precedenti indagini, anche quest'anno si \u00e8 registrato un aumento dei profili professionali agili. Per la prima volta sono stati intervistati anche i profili Product Manager e Release Train Engineer. Ci sono state 97 menzioni del profilo di Product Manager e ben 136 menzioni dello stipendio di Release Train Engineer. Questo dato \u00e8 molto promettente per la prima indagine su questi profili professionali e dimostra che la creazione di professioni agili sta facendo progressi costanti.<\/p>\n

Quest'anno sono state apportate ulteriori innovazioni per quanto riguarda i gruppi di et\u00e0. La classificazione per et\u00e0 aggiuntiva ed estesa consente di osservare meglio i cambiamenti sociali e di trarre conclusioni pi\u00f9 chiare dalle tendenze salariali e dalle menzioni. \u00c8 stato inoltre effettuato un adeguamento settoriale. Il consolidamento dei settori \u00e8 stato effettuato sulla base delle voci degli ultimi cinque anni. Questo cambiamento aumenta di molte volte la significativit\u00e0 e la solidit\u00e0 dei dati raccolti.<\/p>\n

Gli stipendi dei tirocinanti ICT sono pi\u00f9 alti del previsto<\/h3>\n

Per la prima volta \u00e8 stata condotta un'indagine sui salari degli apprendisti. L'indagine \u00e8 stata condotta nei programmi di formazione professionale di base per specialisti IT, specialisti ICT e specialisti dei media. 122 aziende svizzere hanno inserito i loro dati sugli apprendisti. Interessante: la mediana \u00e8 al limite superiore delle raccomandazioni (a volte anche al di sopra) dell'associazione responsabile ICT-Berufsbildung Schweiz. I risultati dell'indagine salariale mostrano che gli stipendi degli apprendisti ICT sono pi\u00f9 alti nelle banche e nelle compagnie di assicurazione. Seguono le amministrazioni pubbliche e altri settori. Un dato interessante: gli stipendi pi\u00f9 bassi si trovano nelle aziende IT.<\/p>\n
