(Immagine: Unsplash.com)<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<p>La prevedibile stabilizzazione dei tassi di interesse ha un effetto positivo sui mercati azionari, che mostrano i primi segnali di ripresa. A fine luglio, i mercati azionari globali (MSCI World Net +11,0%) hanno chiuso nettamente in territorio positivo e l'Euro Stoxx 50 (+7,5%) e l'indice principale tedesco Dax (+5,5%) hanno recuperato un po' dalle forti battute d'arresto dei mesi precedenti. In questo contesto, anche il settore della tecnologia medica e dei servizi sanitari ha registrato una buona performance. Il settore, misurato dall'MSCI World Healthcare Equipment &amp; Supplies, ha registrato una performance di 9,3% e ha nettamente superato l'ampio mercato sanitario MSCI World Healthcare Net (+6,2%). Siamo inoltre incoraggiati dalla recente comunicazione dei risultati del secondo trimestre. Boston Scientific, Stryker, Danaher o Thermo Fisher, ma anche assicurazioni sanitarie statunitensi come Molina o Centene hanno riportato risultati superiori alle aspettative e sono state premiate di conseguenza con un aumento dei prezzi delle azioni. Ma anche le societ\u00e0 che non hanno soddisfatto le aspettative, come Align, Intuitive Surgical o Edwards Lifesciences, hanno registrato un andamento positivo dei prezzi delle azioni. Nei mercati chiave di questo settore (Nord America, Europa e Giappone), le infezioni e le ospedalizzazioni dovute alla variante Omikron sono diminuite rapidamente e in modo significativo. Riteniamo che l'ampia immunit\u00e0 consentir\u00e0 una ripresa significativa delle procedure elettive nel 2022 e 2023.<\/p>\r\n<p>Il profilo rischio-rendimento del settore \u00e8 considerato favorevole da molti investitori. Indipendentemente da una normalizzazione della Corona e della situazione geopolitica, i fattori di crescita a lungo termine, come l'aumento dell'aspettativa di vita e l'elevata innovazione, fanno s\u00ec che il settore Medtech &amp; Services cresca pi\u00f9 velocemente dell'economia generale e aumenti gli utili a un tasso superiore alla media.
