La pandemia di Corona ha stravolto in poco tempo il mondo del lavoro. Ci\u00f2 che in passato era impensabile, oggi \u00e8 dato per scontato. Alcuni dipendenti restano a casa e l'home office ha assunto una dimensione completamente nuova. Quanto \u00e8 sostenibile il cambiamento avviato rapidamente? E cosa di tutto ci\u00f2 dovrebbe essere liquidato come una stronzata da New Work? 230 partecipanti hanno ricevuto spunti di riflessione su queste domande in occasione dell'East Switzerland HR Day del 15 settembre 2022. L'Ostschweizer Personaltag \u00e8 una delle pi\u00f9 importanti conferenze sulle risorse umane della Svizzera orientale. L'obiettivo \u00e8 quello di riunire i professionisti delle risorse umane, gli specialisti delle risorse umane e i manager delle risorse umane, nonch\u00e9 i dirigenti delle PMI e di affrontare le questioni attuali.<\/p>\n

Risorse umane alla direzione<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Stefan Camenzind, partner e CEO di Evolution Design a Zurigo, ha analizzato i cambiamenti nell'ambiente di lavoro a seguito della pandemia.
