Mentre la domanda di profili di approvvigionamento e logistica rimane costante sia tra le PMI che tra le multinazionali,<br \/>\nMichael Page supporta sempre di pi\u00f9 i clienti nel reclutamento di candidati altamente qualificati con esperienza di pianificazione (domanda e offerta) al fine di<br \/>\nguidare l'integrazione della catena di fornitura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifiche richieste<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nicolai Mikkelsen, direttore e membro del consiglio di amministrazione di Michael Page: \"Con poche eccezioni, di solito ci si aspetta che i candidati parlino almeno una o due lingue locali. I profili trilingue (francese, tedesco e inglese) sono ancora molto ricercati dalle aziende locali, mentre l'inglese rimane importante per le multinazionali.\"<\/p>\n<p><strong>Differenziali salariali<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per quanto riguarda gli stipendi, l'ubicazione gioca un ruolo importante: spesso ci sono differenze salariali significative tra le grandi citt\u00e0 e i centri urbani.<br \/>\nil resto della Svizzera (circa 10%) e tra le regioni di lingua tedesca e francese (circa 10%). Inoltre, i migliori candidati a posizioni ambite possono aspettarsi offerte da diversi datori di lavoro.<\/p>\n<p>La forte crescita su base annua \u00e8 dovuta alla pressione sui margini di profitto delle aziende svizzere e all'eccellente stabilit\u00e0 della catena di approvvigionamento nazionale.
