Il malessere o le assenze dei dipendenti comportano dei costi. Le perdite di produttivit\u00e0 dovute allo stress costano alle aziende svizzere diversi miliardi di franchi ogni anno.<\/p>\n<p><em>In che modo la BGM influenza il successo?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Una gestione sistematica della salute non riguarda solo la salute dell'individuo, ma anche l'atmosfera lavorativa. Le persone si sentono valorizzate, sono pi\u00f9 soddisfatte e si identificano con l'azienda. Questo aumenta la volont\u00e0 di esibirsi. E riduce le fluttuazioni, un fattore decisivo nei settori in cui c'\u00e8 carenza di manodopera qualificata. Tuttavia, la gestione della salute sul lavoro riduce anche l'assenteismo.<\/p>\n<p><em>Quanto \u00e8 alto il potenziale di risparmio?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Gli studi dimostrano che la gestione della salute sul lavoro pu\u00f2 ridurre i costi delle assenze di circa il 20%. Il potenziale di risparmio effettivo dipende dal numero di dipendenti, dalla busta paga e dal tasso di assenze. Ci\u00f2 che i datori di lavoro di solito dimenticano: Oltre a questi pagamenti salariali continuativi, facilmente calcolabili, ci sono anche i costi indiretti. La leadership non deve concentrarsi solo sui dipendenti assenti. E infine: come si fa a prendersi cura di se stessi?<\/p>\n<p><em>A cosa devono prestare attenzione i leader?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Poich\u00e9 le misure di gestione della salute comportano un cambiamento, \u00e8 importante che tutti siano coinvolti. Gli strumenti e le iniziative migliori servono a poco se il tema della salute non \u00e8 accettato e vissuto da tutti nella vita quotidiana. I leader hanno una funzione di modello. Cosa succede se il mio supervisore mi scrive un'e-mail di notte? Sono sottigliezze di comportamento che possono fare una grande differenza. E sono gratuiti.<\/p>\n<p><em>Cosa sbaglia la maggior parte delle aziende?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Di norma, l'attenzione \u00e8 rivolta ai dipendenti malati. Ma come stanno gli altri?
