Non esiste una formula universale per la felicit\u00e0, ma sei fattori universali influenzano direttamente la soddisfazione dei dipendenti e dovrebbero quindi essere oggetto di attenzione da parte del management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dipendenti fedeli <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Non tutti i dipendenti raggiungono un alto livello di felicit\u00e0: un terzo dei partecipanti allo studio prevede di cambiare lavoro nei prossimi sei mesi. Pi\u00f9 felici nel confronto delle posizioni sono i dipendenti che ricoprono una posizione manageriale.<\/p>\n<p>Cosa possono fare i manager per assicurarsi che i loro dipendenti apprezzino il loro lavoro e rimangano fedeli all'azienda? \"La felicit\u00e0 \u00e8, ovviamente, un'emozione profondamente personale. Uno su cinque (19 %) ritiene che ogni dipendente abbia la maggior parte della responsabilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sei fattori per una maggiore soddisfazione<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ogni dipendente ha esigenze, obiettivi e preferenze diverse. Tuttavia, i risultati dello studio forniscono chiare indicazioni su alcuni fattori universali che influenzano direttamente la soddisfazione dei dipendenti. Questi sei fattori non solo motivano i dipendenti, ma migliorano anche il lavoro di squadra, semplificando cos\u00ec gli sforzi di reclutamento e le misure di fidelizzazione:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) Il lavoro giusto <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Un processo di assunzione accurato, con descrizioni dettagliate delle mansioni e colloqui approfonditi, permette di assumere dipendenti che si adattano bene alla cultura aziendale e che sanno cosa aspettarsi. I giusti incentivi e il continuo riadattamento contribuiscono a influenzare in modo duraturo la soddisfazione dei dipendenti e quindi la loro fedelt\u00e0 all'azienda.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Maggiore responsabilit\u00e0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Solo poco meno della met\u00e0 degli intervistati (49 %) afferma di poter esercitare un'influenza sul lavoro o di essere creativo (45 %). Tuttavia, il potere decisionale e la libert\u00e0 creativa sono aspetti essenziali della felicit\u00e0 professionale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Apprezzamento sincero <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un feedback costruttivo regolare e un riconoscimento onesto delle prestazioni creano momenti di felicit\u00e0 duraturi sul lavoro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4) Sentire il senso <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I dipendenti che svolgono un lavoro significativo sono pi\u00f9 felici di quelli che svolgono un \"semplice\" lavoro. I dipendenti che sono anche orgogliosi della propria azienda hanno 2,8 volte pi\u00f9 probabilit\u00e0 di essere felici al lavoro. Questo fa dell'orgoglio il pi\u00f9 forte motore della felicit\u00e0 dei dipendenti in tutto il mondo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5) Sperimentare l'equit\u00e0 e il rispetto <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per le donne, questo aspetto \u00e8 il fattore di felicit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 importante. Nel complesso, un'interazione corretta e rispettosa \u00e8 il secondo pi\u00f9 importante fattore di felicit\u00e0 sul lavoro in tutto il mondo. Solo il 7 % di coloro che sperimentano un alto livello di correttezza e rispetto prevede di cambiare lavoro nei prossimi mesi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6) Un'atmosfera di lavoro positiva<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le buone relazioni sul posto di lavoro rendono pi\u00f9 divertente, pi\u00f9 innovativa e migliore la collaborazione, al di l\u00e0 dei confini del team. I manager che riescono a creare una buona atmosfera e un clima di consapevolezza e cordialit\u00e0 possono contare su collaboratori motivati e produttivi.<\/p>\n<p>\"Cosa aumenta il benessere dei dipendenti? Come si pu\u00f2 garantire in modo duraturo un alto livello di soddisfazione dei dipendenti? Si tratta di domande cruciali a cui le aziende svizzere dovrebbero trovare risposta. I dipendenti con un alto livello di impegno e un forte attaccamento all'azienda e ai suoi valori sono molto impegnati sul posto di lavoro\", riassume Yeng Chow. \"I dipendenti sono felici e motivati quando sentono che le loro competenze ed esperienze sono adatte al lavoro.
